They had an A Frame with directions and passed out a directional paper too. The process went fairly smoothly and the gentleman that assisted us was in good spirits as well as the lady in the section where she got her picture taken. You have to be in a certain positive mindset when going to the DMV and that we did. Overall, I think this was a good experience for the young adult on how to handle things on her own next time.

So I do, AAA advice to call fastrack pay and get an Abstract letter. With that I will be able to go to go to the DMV and pay my registration. I got the abstract letter in the mail I get in line at the DMV. I called to window 3! I give her my resignation and the abstract letter. She tells me I don't need that you still have citations showing. So I said well all of the citations showing are here in the paper and like the paper states show this to DMV! She said nope! That paper means nothing to me! She asked me if I wanted to pay my registration so I said yes!!! She moves on to tell me she can't give me a sticker till the citations are removed. So I asked her. Ok if I get pulled over I can just show that I paid correct. She said naw you will still get a ticket because technically you have not renewed your registration! At this point I'm irritated and I need this paid. I pay my registration. She hands over the papers. Call fasttrack and they are saying they have no more citations for me to pay! That the DMV should have taken the abstract letter as to why they always send for that same reason! What's the point of having all this technology if the DMV can't event communicate with fastrack to verify you have paid the tickets!

I gave him everything I bought with me and he made copies. Then he asked for proof of residency and holy hell, I forgot! Luckily he told me I can come back but just have to take another number. I said okay and decided to go home then come back with the proper paperwork. But I realized I have my car insurance in the car and I forgot my son's SSC so I went back. Thankfully, he had the card and told me the insurance would work as proof of residency. So within a few minutes, he finished everything up for us and my son headed to take his photo and his written test. The woman at the counter was nice and friendly. She let him sign his signature twice because he messed up. But anyways, my son passed and the visit/experience went great! No complaints.

DMV Customer Service Feedback…read more I recently visited the DMV with my son for his learner's permit test and was assisted by Sara at Window 10. Unfortunately, I was disappointed with the customer service we received. When we approached the window, there was no greeting or acknowledgment. I provided the requested documents, and they were returned to me while I was asked for my son's identification and proof that he had completed the required online driver education course. I also asked whether documentation showing that I have sole custody of my son was needed, and I was told that it was not necessary. While I understand that DMV staff handle many customers throughout the day, I believe every customer should be treated with professionalism, courtesy, and clear communication. The interaction felt very impersonal, and there was little communication or assistance throughout the process. I hope this feedback can be used as an opportunity to improve the customer service experience for families visiting the DMV.

Use the Google chat function to let him know what you need (he responds super quick), and he'll let you know if you need anything prior to coming in. This is a really good business and is worth a small fee as it and adds a wonderful convenience to what is usually a daunting experience.

I have been trying since the beginning of this year to get what should be simple documentation processed, and after multiple attempts, I still have not been able to get the help or resolution I need. Today, September 9, 2026, at approximately 9:57 AM, I specifically asked to speak with a supervisor because the issue has been going on for months. Instead of contacting the supervisor or explaining a clear process for speaking with one, I was repeatedly denied the opportunity. I even asked what I needed to do in order to speak with the supervisor, and they still would not call or notify the supervisor that I was requesting assistance. What made the experience even worse was the security guard on site today. The interaction was extremely rude and disrespectful at a time when I was simply trying to get assistance with an issue that has remained unresolved for most of the year. It is unacceptable that someone can spend months trying to resolve a documentation issue and still be unable to get meaningful assistance or even speak with a supervisor after specifically requesting one. People come to the Social Security Administration because they need help with important matters, and they deserve to be treated respectfully and given clear answers. This has been one of the most frustrating experiences I have had with a government office. I hope management at the Concord location reviews how situations like this are being handled and takes these complaints seriously.

These are all known perceptions of the post office, but I just would love to see this turned around. They also have a huge collection of puzzles and games that you can check out. What I enjoy is there giant checker board they have set up at the entrance. We play every time we come. The library has really evolved since I was a kid. It used to be a quiet place where you read books. Now it's a much livelier place catering to modern needs.
