Just don't forget your helmet and batting gloves! Cage rentals are available for 10, 15, 30, or 60 minutes, and the pricing seems pretty standard. And yes -- he made our pizzas fast, gave us a buzzer, and sent us on our way to enjoy the games instead of waiting around. That alone? Huge. We ended up doing the arcade route first, and this is where Boomer's really surprised me. I used a Groupon deal and paid $25 for 100 points, and it just so happened to be one of their half-off arcade days. So instead of games costing 3 points, they were 1.5 -- and the machines actually show you the discount clearly. That's smart business. The card system is also way better than old-school arcades. No paper tickets flying everywhere -- everything loads directly onto the card. And for once, we actually had enough points to get decent prizes. You have to scan a QR code and sign a waiver before entering even if you are not using the batting cage. In order to play arcade games, you have to get a playing card. I got a 200 point card for $20. There aren't too many arcade games but price seemed ok. Forget how many points each games required but was able to play almost every single game they had without using up all 200 points. It's a decent place to kill some time and entertain yourself if you are staying at Motel 6 or Hampton Inn because it's just a few steps away.

The pitching machines are adjustable and able to be fed at your discretion. This allowed me to give instruction to my son in between swings, so he wasn't waving his bat around without purpose at the baseball. The gentleman working behind the counter also greeted us with a smile and kindly answered all of our questions. Overall, I would give this facility five stars. Is it fancy? No. Does it have what you need for hitters of all ages and abilities? Yes. We'll definitely be back as this is now our preferred and highly recommended batting cage. If no one is behind you, you can continue to bat. There are plenty of helmets and bats to use and most are in pretty decent shape. I was there from 6-8pm. I noticed it was much more crowded between 6-7pm so the optimal time to visit would be after 7pm.

Very disappointing experience after purchasing a $199.99 bat for my 7-year-old…read more We're new to travel baseball and relied on the staff's guidance. After trying a demo bats, their staff advised us to have my son hit baseballs with the NEW bat while it was still wrapped in plastic due to him going up from a 26" to a 28" since the 27" was no longer in stock. We purchased it, and after removing the plastic noticed a paint chip on the top of the barrel. When I asked to return it while still in their facility, I was told the bat was considered "used" because my son had hit a few balls with it in the batting cage, even though that happened in THEIR facility, while it was still wrapped, at THEIR staff's direction. Had anyone told me that allowing my son to test the bat meant it immediately became non-returnable, I never would have agreed to it. Instead, I'm now being told to pursue a manufacturer warranty claim. Which is a bummer since it's a nice size knock on the top of the barrel and the paint chip exposes the composite. From what I read, this can make the bat more susceptible to cracks. I understand return policies, but customers should be clearly informed when following a salesperson's recommendation makes a $200 purchase final. I would kindly ask the staff alongside the customer examen a product together before it becomes FINAl SALE. An exciting new adventure has now become a mama's headache and extra steps to try and make sure we won't through away money in today's economic times! Unfortunately, this experience lost our business. Other than that, nice facility. just think twice and asked for the sales team to examen any purchase with you before the sale concludes.
