They came out and put in front and rear sprinklers. As far as I can tell the piping portion was OK but as you can see in the pictures the wire connections were very poorly and dangerously done. Also the wire connecting the front valves to the controller was just laid on top of the gravel instead of being dug underground or put through my subfloor. My neighbor is mentioning it to me all the time. I guess I will have to go in and properly install those. The valves are also installed far above the ground which is pretty unsightly. Those are also pictured. He also broke a chunk out of my stucco and just glued it back on after I brought it to their attention. The bigger issue is that for some reason the rear sprinkler heads didn't have proper coverage. The installer blamed it on my plumbing which if that were true, wouldn't you do flow rate and pressure tests before installing? He just blamed it on me and said there was nothing he could do. I ended up paying to re-pipe my entire house and have a fresh copper line to the backyard and have reached back out to the company to see if they can finish the job and they are completely nonresponsive. You can see on the pictures I've asked questions for the past year and they are read but ignored. Sigh. I hope that they make this right and I will update my review if they do but if you want a job half done, this is the company you're looking for. If you are looking for an honest, thorough, and professional company that takes pride in their work and making their clients happy, keep looking. Let my experience be a lesson for you.

The reason I could also give them less than 5 stars is they were a little less than prepared in terms of materials. I thought I gave them enough information beforehand to come with the materials needed, but they still had to do a one-hour Home Depot run and charge for that. That is not completely unusual in contracting, but as a contractor myself, I either come completely prepared or I don't charge for my material run. But maybe that's just me. So overall I think this job could have cost me a little less, but I couldn't be happier with the result!
