    I had an excellent experience at East Coast Appliance. I came to check out different washer and dryer combos. Rodney was a huge help! He got me the best sale price, manufacturers warranty and helped me to find the set with the highest ratings! I was in and out in under 30 minutes with the washer and dryer being delivered in 3 days! I highly recommend East Coast Appliance, specifically the sales person, Rodney.

    Website stating they do accept returns for brand new items and items in brand new condition with a 15% restock fee.

    If I could post 0 stars then I would. It doesn't shock me this business has 2 stars as a whole. Bought a washing machine from them Tuesday. Before purchasing, spoke to a gentleman Monday who said there was a return policy of 7 days but there'd be a 15% restock fee if it wasn't what we wanted and as long as it was brand new condition. We specifically asked him (Vick?) about this because we were concerned with the great reviews BUT didn't know if the capacity would be enough. Picked it up Wednesday because that's when the warehouse was "manned" and an hour later, I called to let them know this isn't what we expected and we'd like to bring it back. We were told to call the next day when the manager was in so he could go over when to return, etc. Called the next day (Thursday) and the manager is telling us they don't accept returns on new items. Not only did their sales associate (Vick?) tell us this prior to us purchasing the washer, but their WEBSITE even says this. Now we have a $1500 washing machine sitting in our garage because this company won't uphold their own policy / which is illegal, by the way. We've been customers for years with them. We've bought a dishwasher, fridge, two washing machines and multiple filters. They've now lost our business. And we will be contacting the BBB as well as a small claims lawyer to see what our options are. I've posted a picture of your very website to show that this is, indeed, your policy. We let you all know we'd be happy to pay the 15% restock fee, but instead you're choosing to lose a customer. Best of luck.

    prompt delivery took away old appliances without a charge. delivery drivers were respectful and friendly.

Our salesperson was Trevor who was awesome. Last Saturday 3-07-26 We ordered a living room set and a dining room set to be delivered 3-14-26. We paid for the furniture including the $349.00 White glove service. We just purchased a new home and know it's going to be chaotic on moving day 3-20-26. We received a call today from Adrian or somebody stating his manager told him to call. Our furniture didn't make on the truck to be shipped, and they will not be able to deliver until Saturday 3-20-26 moving day or the day after we move 3-21-26. This is unacceptable, and its definitely not white glove service. We have no idea when the deliver will happen, they are unable to give us a window of time. We now have to hope and pray the deliver is not the same time when the movers, ADT and the cable company will be there!! Only apology, sorry for the inconvenience. Our only option is to wait or cancel the order. We spent an entire day looking for the right living room and dining room set amongst all the other things. I feel like this is not White Glove services this is poor glove service. This is why I like my role as an influencer; to go on social media websites and give a review of my experience. If nothing else to warn future customers of what could happen. We definitely don't want anyone else to pay for White Glove services and receive subpar services!!
