In the process he was able to do a finish machine polish and to apply a ceramic coating I had purchased online from Avalon King to keep the car looking fresh for up to 3 years. Even when they were done with my black 2025 RAV4, I noticed a couple small marks on the hood that I thought were imperfections, possibly from their work or maybe high spots from the multiple layers of ceramic coating that I thought maybe weren't buffed out even evenly. Even though the owner did politely suspect that it might've been from some tree sap (that I did come in with) that he thought maybe actually etched into the clearcoat paint, still, he had the entire hood redone without charging me, just to be sure and so he took the position assuming that the customer might be right. Well, in the end I was wrong - and still this guy had the highest level of integrity I've run into in a long time (in any business). I am definitely always taking my car back and recommending this place. It's not often that you find extremely high-quality work combined with very great customer service and integrity.

I asked if his shop had it and could do the Xpel prime XR plus. Shawn said his shop had the film and gave me a quote. The quote given, I agreed with and we set a date to bring my vehicle in. The appointment set was approximately week and a few days later. I made arrangements to bring my car in the day we agreed on. The evening before, I reached out to reconfirm the appointment. Sean quickly responded that appointment is still on. I also double checked and made sure that the specific film will be used. I get a response back from Sean saying that it is another brand and a different quality tier film lower than of what I originally requested. I respond to Shawn that those were not the films I originally requested or not what I wanted to be put on my car. Sean responded and said he did not have the films that I requested a week ago. Also said that he could have the films I requested specifically few days later and need to reschedule the appointment. Sean also asked what percentage I wanted on the car, I sent you an original request and on that request it had exactly what brand and percentage I wanted on my car. I felt that Shawn was not listening to what I was requesting for my car. I respectfully declined to reschedule the appointment for wasting my time. Im sure the team's install work is good but wasting my time is not. This is too bad because I also planned to use these guys to PPF my car and other services. Im glad that I emailed and reached out the night before my appointment to reconfirm everything. If i did not do this, I would of dropped my car off and had the wrong films applied, then I would be more upset. Please pay attention to customers request. They did make a mess of a parking lot, as what happens when you do that type of thing, but my neighbors started crying because the dirty water was running on to the freshly painted lines. I let them know and the guy turned around and came back and did a spray down of the entire dirty area in the parking lot right away. My only recommendation is if you get a mobile detailing, just put your car in a spot where the nearby area can get dirty for a bit until it rains so your neighbors don't also cry :) I probably should have parked at the very end of the lot, so it's more my mistake than theirs, but they took care of it right away.
