Now doing botox, fillers, periodontal work, orthodontics, and leaving the dental patients on the lurch. In order to see Dr. Garcia you must go on the days and times she is there. Doesnt work past a certain time, not in on Fridays and forget about the days when she was open on Saturdays. I'm sorry, but dont you own the place, isn't that your name on the door. You should be seeing your patients, not peddling them off on your over worked hygienists. Everyone of them has complained about that work environment to me over the years. Her brother "runs" the front office and he has certainly learned on the job. Horrible. Awful attitude and disposition towards patients and same for Elsa. You never know what Elsa you will get that day. If you go from being a cash patient to a patient with dental insurance, they instantly treat you like a second rate citizen and its completely uncalled for. There is no correcting the attitudes of the people that work here. Sad but this place is definitely going down hill.

They told me I owed a bill for my son but couldn't ever pull it up or explain what it was for. I scheduled three separate appointments, and every single time, when I showed up, they told me his cleaning couldn't be done because of that same mystery balance the one they couldn't even find in their system. Each time, I asked to speak with a supervisor or have someone call me back to clear it up. I was told someone would reach out, but no one ever did. Meanwhile, their automated machine still calls and texts me saying my son is due for a cleaning. I've wasted enough time driving there for canceled appointments and getting nowhere. If this is how they handle billing and patient care, I'll gladly take my business somewhere more professional.

I was told by receptionist that this happens sometimes and patients have to reschedule. If this continues to happen why wouldn't they screen before you walk into the door? Looking at other reviews it seems that not being seen by this dentist is a blessing in disguise. I will find another dentist that is caring and respectful to their patients.

What was the point of they weren't even going to verify my insurance?) I consider this a bait and switch to swindle me out of money for service that should've been 100% covered. And I hate to play this pity card, but I'm 10 weeks or less away from giving birth, so money is especially tight, which they knew because I told them. They took advantage of an expecting mother! I had a root canal appointment scheduled and arrived expecting the procedure to be done that day. Instead, I was told they would not be performing the root canal. What was most frustrating was that I received no advance notice--no phone call, text, or email--even though the appointment had been confirmed and was on their schedule. Once I arrived, I was informed that I would need to undergo anesthesia and that another dentist would need to be brought in to perform the procedure. This was completely unexpected and not explained clearly beforehand. I've had root canals in the past and have never been told sedation was necessary, so the sudden change raised more questions than answers. The lack of communication, poor planning, and last-minute changes wasted my time and significantly reduced my confidence in the practice. While everyone I interacted with was courteous, the overall experience felt disorganized and unprofessional. Based on my experience, I wouldn't recommend this office.
