Bunch of pizza places in the area so i asked my cousin and she recommended this. The pizza was very good. The ingredients tasted great. We also tried the baklava and it was some of the best i've had. The guy making food and the woman at the register were both super cool. Not sure what the ownership situation is but if both or one of them is the owner then extra points for the hospitality they showed us. Everything was great we'll be back. read more

This was my favorite pizza place when i lived in Garfield. We ate there about twice a week kids loved it

The nonsense never ends. Thank goodness Tiffany's is just down the street. PROS: The food is decent, and they are local. CONS: The last time that I tried to order from ECP, I googled their menu and called in an order. The guy who answered the phone kept telling me that they didn't have anything that I was ordering on their menu until he totally cursed me out. According to him, Google took me to the wrong East Coast Pizza in Garfield Heights, and because of that I deserved to have my genitalia and intelligence insulted. I called back and spoke to the owner, who told me that I should not be upset and that I just needed a hug. Fast forward 3 years to today when I decided that I was hungry and I should stop holding a grudge. I went to Yelp to get the menu because last time they told me that I was the asshole for using Google. No dice. According to the owner, NOTHING on the Yelp menu is correct and he has no interest in fixing it. ("I WON"T DEAL WITH YELP!!!!) Since my last review my mind has completely changed. The owners are so sweet and caring and lovely people. The food is fresh and delicious and I have nothing but great things to say about them. I recommend them to everyone and they will always have my favorite pizza. read more

The pizza is delicious! My family always order from here, the service is excellent, the manager is friendly he even gave me free baklava ! It's not written on the menu but they do also offer cheesy bread. Definitely going to order from here soon again! read more

I would've loved to try East Coast... but after waiting 5 minutes on hold, while listening to him banging stuff around, he came back to the phone and asked how can I help you, so I stated "I'd like to place an order for pick up" and his reply was a long sigh and a very irritated "What would you like". East Coast's Pizza isn't a fancy brick-oven pizza with ingredients shipped from all corners of the earth. This is comfort food pizza at its finest, it is pizza you eat when you are cozying up on a Saturday night watching the game. It has become my local go to. Me and my buddies love their hawaiian, meatlovers (of course), and supreme pizza; It's become tradition for us to order all three for the Super Bowl every year, never disappointed. Craving some serious comfort food? They have it all: mozzarella sticks, buffalo wings, garlic rolls, and a really good cheese steak. The owner Gus is a very nice man, and always greats us with a warm welcome and big smile when we come in. Ordered pizza from here on a whim because of the reviews. #2 worst pizza I've ever had. I've had $5 Hot-N-Ready pizzas from Little Cesar's that were better! The crust was stale, the cheese tasted like it was from Aldi and I'm fairly certain they used marinara instead of pizza sauce. Delivery was also a little late. read more
