I would not recommend ordering from here. I had ordered once before and the food was decent. However, tonight I placed an order in which delivery was not available. So I opted for pickup. After picking up my class pepperoni and bacon pizza it looked very disgusting and rushed. I called the store and politely let them know the pizza didn't appear to have pepperoni to which the male employee told me it should be under the cheese. Okay, so I tell him it also does not look appetizing at all to which there was no response. Based on the lack of assistance or any offer to make it right, I let the male employee know I will not be ordering from them anymore and thanked him for his time. This is very disappointing as I thought I may have found a decent pizza place near me. Looks like I didn't. I absolutely do not recommend wasting your money on this pizza. Skip this place it is far below decent let alone good. Bad service they have no customer service skills at all. I told them 10 times how I want my pizza. Guess what made it wrong. You can't even go inside they shove your items outside guess they are afraid of customers getting upset because of dealing with incompetent employees management is even worse. I would never buy from this trash place again food quality a zero service a 0 pure incompetence by all employees a 100. Our first experience with Teresa's was unique. The delivery was on time to Remington College (where he teaches), however the delivery driver forgot our salad and the pizza was ice cold. We decided to go back and let them know. They remade our order and it was delicious. They doubled our salad and gave us cookies(my personal favorite). The customer service inside was wonderful. We spoke to a young man with green hair but unfortunately I did not catch his name. I highly recommend this pizza but request a driver. read more

The pizza box says "since 1969" well the cash registers must be from 1969! I ordered over the phone, got there and saw a piece of paper taped to an outdoor sign that says they do not accept gift cards. This should have been stated when I placed the order. When asked why, the guy says they don't have a way of processing them. In today's gift card world, this is poor. In addition, this is the only business of any kind that I know of that does not allow customers inside since the pandemic. They make you place orders, exchange money & credit cards from the sidewalk! The pizza is very good and one I grew up on. Super cheesy and has a delicious sauce with a nice on the thinner side crust. The wings are delicious as well, the hot has a nice punch and they give you a good amount of sauce. Loved getting food from here throughout the years, always a solid, consistent place. read more

I have never been treated so badly in my life. I called to place an order and the girl was so rude. She was screaming to someone in the back and laughing so loud I couldn't hear anything. I went there yesterday Monday for the 2/1 special.The pizza wasn't ready so I just waited inside,and i noticed that the pizza makers don't wear gloves!!! I asked the rude cashier(older lady)aren't they supposed to wear gloves? The pizza here is undeniably awesome, so that gets 5 stars, but for me to be a patron to a resturant, the service is of utmost importance. i only give 1 star for service because its terrible. Everyone is rude and seems like you are bothering them. After today, i will never ever eat there again. Heres 3 examples why. #1- the oven went down, its understandable, things happen, but they fail to tell you this when you call for your pizza. Needless to say it wasnt a 20 min pickup. More like 45-50. #2- called in my pizza order at 6pm. I told them no rush i didnt need it until 745 anyways. I get there at 740 and was told 5 more min. Ok great. Then that turned into 10 more min. Stormed out mad like wtf. I had to leave to pick up my son, went back and got a free large one topping pizza coupon. Great, they made good on a bad thing. Nope. #3- today i call and get my free pizza from above and i ask what kind of appetizers do you have. "We have alot" is the response i get. Really!!?? So this is how you run a business, im supposed to know whats on the menu? So i asked, like what? Long pause, then she named about 6 and again was like "we have alot." I have a love-hate relationship with pizza. Usually, the tomato sauce aggravates my reflux and leaves me distressed for an evening. However, I find that Teresa's sauce is not only delicious, but does not aggravate my reflux. Every time I order I receive exactly what I ordered, fresh, and piping hot --as pizza should be enjoyed. The one time I did have an issue, the staff was prepared to correct the issue at no charge or greater inconvenience to me. The toppings are plentiful, not stingy and the cheese is delicious. I was looking forward to enjoying Teresa's pizza but was so disappointed in all 3 xtra large pizzas I picked up. $48.00 I paid . The crust was so bland and lacking in flavor and didn't seem that fresh. The sauce was watery and again no flavor or spice in the sauce. The sausage they use is the "dog food" shaped kind which is pretty gross. I got one pizza with white sauce with broccoli and mushroom and again no flavor of garlic in the white sauce either. Use to order Teresa's pizza every Friday, till the quality of there pizza went down hill! The pizza does not taste the same. I call up there ask questions and they get snippy. Ordered a 8 cut deluxe pizza,1dozen wings, total $35.24 tip $3 gyThe pizza we received was one with cheese covering all the toppings, no problem it looked great. The problem was obvious when taking a slice out of the box, the slices were so soggy each piece fell apart raising it to your mouth, it was mush, not worth $20 i was not happy. Half maybe got eaten. Called the store and was told it was my fault because with all those vegetables didn't i know the water has to have somewhere to go. Although the pizza was good, the owner had terrible customer relation skills. We grew up on Theresa's pizza and we were looking forward to enjoying it for a family get-to-gether. We enjoyed 3 large pizzas. As 1 family member finished her last piece, she pulled a long blond hair from between the sauce and cheese. Since there was a large group, she did not want to make a big deal out of it. She simply stopped eating. I was sitting next to her and I told her we called the next day. We spoke with a manager who said nothing but that she would have the owner call us. When the owner called us, we explained and he gave no response. I waited, still no response. Finally I asked him if he heard me. He said yes. Finally, I asked him if he would remove the cost of the 1 pizza as it was obviously a bit gross. He said he didn't understand the whole situation. I explained again. He was speechless. We were expecting, "We are sorry for your experience, but we appreciate your business." We thought we would hear, "Thank you for being loyal customers," He could have given us credit for 1 pizza or offered another pizza for another time or a 1/2 off coupon.....nothing. We had even told him we enjoyed the pizza, however, I think most people would agree that pulling out a 12 inch strand of hair from between the sauce and cheese, is a bit disgusting. Excellent pizza. Terrible customer service! A family member wanted pizza and sent me to order it. We noticed the cheese on our white pizza had dark almost black peaks on all of them. As we began eating the pizza, the cheese was not gooey--the cheese broke apart like plastic! My family member called and told the manager about the pizza and immediately said the pizza was not overcooked. My family member was advised to bring the pizza back. Upon arrival my family member opened up the box and the manager told my family member to "get the fuck out! I hate customers like you! You always trying to get something for free! I'm calling the police!" My family member waited and the police did not show up until after I called. The police officer immediately agreed with the manager and advised my family not to come back to this pizza shop...if she does she will be arrested for trespassing. The police said that over half the pizza was eaten so no refund will be issued. They just lost four customers. read more
