Nice business to support. Got the tires I wanted at a great price. I recommend them also because everything went like clockwork too.

Also can't recommend enough Kenny down to earth guy , very professional anything I need he is extremely a vital employee to this place, one time my car needed a little more work than originally planned, he was able to get me a ride to and from Adams , and the driver was the friendly as could be . I recently took my truck to Adams Chevrolet in Havre de Grace for a diagnosis and, ultimately, a…read moretransmission fluid change (~$500-$600). I was told it would be an in‑and‑out, same‑day service. I made an appointment, dropped the vehicle off the night before, and then heard absolutely nothing until I called around 10:30am. I was told I'd get a call back in a few minutes -- I didn't. I called again at 11:30, left a message for the service advisor, and finally received a call around 12:30 pm. I was told I "needed a whole new transmission and cooler" at a cost of $7,800-$8,800. My son is an ASE‑certified master mechanic who had already provided an initial diagnostics on the issue, and the only reason we brought it to the dealer was because we don't have the lift or tool at home to complete the repair. The dealership claimed there were "tiny metal shavings" in the transmission pan -- which is normal and exactly what the magnet in the pan is designed to collect (you can also google this if you know nothing about cars). When that explanation didn't hold up, they switched to saying the cooler had low pressure. When we asked for the actual pressure readings, the service manager admitted no pressure test was ever done. The service was horrible, the communication was poor (we had to chase them for updates), and we were given information that was either misleading or blatantly untrue. After buying many vehicles from this dealership over the years, this experience was beyond disappointing. Completely unacceptable and ridiculous.

They finally looked at it the next day but needed another day to make the repairs. When I got the car back it smelled very strongly of cigarettes (it took 3 days to go away) and there was a loud rattling coming from my undercarriage. I brought the car back and looked at it on the lift with the mechanics. In the process of replacing the fuel pump they had to remove my heat shield to drop the fuel tank. Rather than drilling out the rivets securing it to the car body, they ripped it off leaving large holes in the shield. They blamed the damage on rust (the heat shield does not rust, the rivets do) and secured it with a zip tie on one end and a screw clamp to the exhaust pipe on the other end. It doesn't rattle anymore, but I will have to fix it myself this spring. Additionally, my car will no longer fill completely. The gas pump shuts off early due to a problem in the EVAP system. At first I thought this was a problem with the gas station, but now I am certain it is my vehicle. I have yet to fully diagnose the problem, but the issue is likely due to a line off the tank going back to the EVAP canister being pinched when the gas tank was replaced. I will not take my car back here. On the up side, they didn't overcharge me for the fuel pump...

I first brought in a used Jaguar F-Pace I was thinking about buying, and their detailed inspection confirmed several issues I was already worried about. Their report was clear, complete, and easy to understand -- it really helped me make an informed decision not to go through with that purchase. A short time later, I found another car -- an Infiniti Q50 -- and brought it to Mr. Tire for inspection as well. Once again, they gave me an excellent, detailed report and took the time to explain everything clearly. '' The car has been well maintained and this is solid purchase.'' Their honesty and professionalism helped me feel completely confident moving forward, and I bought the car knowing exactly what I was getting. From the front desk to the mechanics, everyone was friendly, informative, and respectful of my time. Even the owner personally called to confirm my appointment, which showed genuine care for the customer. After visiting several other shops, I can honestly say Mr. Tire provided the most complete, trustworthy service -- and all future work on my car will be done there. Just for reference there are 12 places I could go to in a 10 mile radius. I'm gonna choose this one.

When I picked it up the very next day, it was NOT blowing cold air. I went back in the store (even before leaving the lot) and the presumed Owner/Manager said one of the hoses was leaking. He said it would be another $380.00 to fix the AC (a new hose) in addtion to the money that I had already paid for the initial AC repair!! We spoke with the Owner/Manager who admitted that the lines were working yesterday but, for some reason where leaking today. To reitterate, I hadn't even drove it off the premises when I realized the AC was blowing HOT AIR. We felt very mislead by the whole situation. The owner neglated to take any responsibilty for what happened. It is the responsiblity of the Owner/Mechanic to make an accurate diagnosis and if they make a mistake in that diagnosis, simply take responsibility and make right on the situation. A sincere mechanic would not have treated a consumer this way by taking them down a rabbit hole for a service that failed. This garage took our money without providing the service that we requested. They promised to repair the AC which we paid for then, asked for another $380.00 to actually make the repair. VERY UNTRUSTWORTHY!!
