I had to go order, i ordered 2 salads, and 2 piece wings, got all the way home and none of my dressings or extra ranch I paid for was in the bag, so I went back up there with the receipt and told them I didn't get my dressings and 2 females at the front desk ask if I had the bag with me my response was no , there is nothing wrong with the food I just want my dressings and she stated that their manager is strict on giving extra sauce , umhhhh how is it extra if I never received it ??? they began to laugh which I donot know wtf was funny , so I walked out and went back home to get that food that I haven't even eaten yet, glad I stay around the corner ,cause I can't eat my food with out no sauce , so I walked in with the food , she said ohh u back , and began texting her manager and they gave me what I asked for cool ! but as she was putting it the bag she said that guy said he put it in the bag and said trust me he did not , and then I bring the damn food back up there cause they asked did I have the bag and didn't even look at it !!! i would not drive all the way back up here !! it's just the audacity to think Im doing all this for some free damn small ass cups of dressings like my God , people act like that shit come out their check and it PISSED me off so bad like I'm damn thief, I should have just asked for a damn refund that's crazy af , all the times I been going there I never had a problem but Never again !!! read more

Had an excellent time here. Kadence was awesome. Please ask for her when you go in to sit down. Food was decent. They handled changes in the orders well. We did visit when they were not so busy. So we'll have to go back during a really busy time to see if we get the same level of service. Bathrooms were very clean. Anyone who reads my posts know that's a sticking point for me. The front door was not smudged with finger prints and the tables and menus were clean and well maintained. Overall, a good experience. I just had a problem with 2 flies that would NOT go away. Overall, a great new addition to Florence. The wings were great! Loved that there were 50+ flavors to choose from and our server was really helpful in helping us choose and accommodating in special requests. My husband described the restaurant as 'kind of generic', but I thought it was cute and industrial with a sports bar vibe. The chips were a little overcooked, but the burger looked delicious and the fries with old bay were spot on. Nice find! read more

Lesser Applebees Very disappointing food and stale atmosphere. We got three flavors of wings and only one flavor was good. Then the cookie skillet portion was ridiculously small, cookie was extremely thin, 1.5 ice cream scoops. Nothing was worth the price. None of the food is fresh, frozen and prepackaged. When we explained the issue, the waitress who was not given proper direction tried her best to apologize to us and give helpful recommendations but the manager was terrible. The manager knew nothing and had no idea how to remediate that the food and portions were so subpar. He didn't know how to help or how to do customer service. All this to say, very disappointed and will not be returning. read more

And my experience was beyond amazing,, The service was very fast , The male host was very pleasant , And the Ambiance of the place was great, While you wait for your food their are numerous TVs to keep you entertained. I ordered the Southwestern Salad and the Carnival Fries and I think everything about the Food I ordered deserves 10 stars. ** I also got a Free Drink. Grace, my server was awesome!! I've been several times and I had cheeseburgers, which were good. Today, and 3 other times, I had a craving for wings. First time, just could've been a bad day. The second time, still the same. Today, I wanted to take advantage of the $.85 wings. I ordered 3 different flavors. I took a bite out of each one of them, and for me personally, nothing changed. This was our first time here but I can definitely say we will return! The service was wonderful! The wait staff was very knowledgeable and friendly. I'd rather play checkers on a leopard's ass than eat here again. This place has been open for about as long as a gnat's fart. This short time frame for being open is no excuse the amount of disorganization that was present here. I am not sure the supervision present here could pour water out of a boit with the instructions on the heel. If it is this bad when it should be at its finest... I definitely do not want to see it in 6 months. We arrived right at opening at 1100am, the first customers. It took 3 employees 5 minutes to decide where to sit us.... there were no other customers, not sure why this was such a task. I counted at least 15 employees... theres only about 12 tables to sit here, so this makes as much sense as a screen door on a submarine. My wife and I both orders burgers... they looked great on the menu and this place does brag being about wings and GRILL. Our burgers were on toasted walmart white bread.... huge disappointment. The worst part is a table next to us ordered a burger and theirs was on a burger bun... I asked the server why mine was on white bread and theirs was on a actual hamburger bun.... his response was "I don't know." Really? That's what I get? There was more supervision outside of the restaurant in back with the 4 other employees arguing than there was on the floor. Not one time did a manager or owner come around to check on customers. If you are having to control staff in an argument out back with as little time as you have been open.... you need to rethink supervision. A meal for a family of 4 (2 kids) was $80.00. I expect more than walmart white bread on a $12 burger. A word on the "Bar" they have plenty of call to actions on the wall bragging about "craft" beer.... the had 8 taps and none of those were craft by any means. read more

I was excited to try the new wing place out but they let me down . I ordered the 10 piece wings with a heat index of X-hot & the flavor was supposed to be Cajun garlic. However they were dry , & hardly had any to no sauce on them no flavor & they wasn't spicy or X-hot at all .. They also left off a few other things from my order . worst food ever! I went with my children today and the wings were dry as if they'd been sitting for days. had to ask for extra sauce just to make them edible. the boneless wings were it edible. The chips were so overcooked! 13.99 for 10 wings and dog food would have been a better choice. the water was the best part! my kids couldn't even eat their food. they went home and made ramen!!!!! the waitress. was terrible. she knew nothing about the menu and when I ask about the wing flavors she had no clue. the hostess looked like she'd rather be anywhere else other than there! the restaurant itself was clean. but I will NEVER return. The online order said that they would be done at 8:11 and we were there at 8:11 and the food was cold.. currently re-warming them as we speak in our air fryer. If we were told they would be done earlier that's totally fine we could've gone and gotten them when they were ready! So far I do think the flavors are alright. I got the x-hot General Tso's and they were very good. The chips were very bland like cardboard. We got our food fairly quickly but I noticed that several tables around us that were there before us got served after us. Staff seemed a little disorganized. Best wings in town with the best flavors. Any pepper head looking for a wings that are actually hot, this is the place. Their hottest wing sauce actually kicks compared to ANY other location in town. I have also ordered the burger, and some of the apps and was not disappointed. read more

Have been here multiple times and enjoyed the food. Unfortunately my most recent visit was my last. A cash tip was left on the table. After reviewing my credit card account, I noticed an additional unauthorized tip was added to the card total. I went to the store and spoke with a manager about this, and she did not seem bothered. I asked to see a copy of my signed receipt was but informed they did not have a copy and that the servers kept all of the copies. My advise is to check your credit card receipts after visiting here because this may happen here more than you know. read more

Let's Just say for starters I'm definitely not ever eating at this establishment ever again. I'm just going to say what I saw was terrible, and the management oh my oh my. I saw one manager smoking outside talking about all the employees and then going back inside screaming at them. I asked one the server that was waiting on me what her name was and her name was Nia. I feel absolutely horrible for those employees. There are not trained well and let's just say" are they the wings being served because it looks like they are the chickens with their heads cut off." The menu looks nice but it is very different I asked for flats was told, "we don't don't that here because if we do we will get fussed at and taken out of our check." Poor staff and there were flies everywhere in the restaurant. All I can think about is the little mermaid since I went and saw it later on that night. "Poor unfortunate souls!"
