Came here over 2 months ago for a Root canal and a swollen mass on my jaw. They gave me a deep cleaning and let me know I needed a root canal to fix the swollen mass and I would be able to keep the tooth. They do the work and load me up on antibiotics. And the lump kinda goes away. Finish out the medication and the lump was still there. I call them back and book an emergency appointment because at this point I'm scared it's something worse... I go into the appointment and the nurse I've been seeing the entire time asked me "why are you here so early your crown isn't in yet"... no you should know I'm here for an emergency appointment and already know why I'm sitting in your chair. They said it was ok and I shouldn't be worried and loaded me up on MORE meds.... I went to a oral surgeon to get a second appointment and they immediately schedule me the next day for an emergency appointment because the mass is infectious and there is no saving the tooth and my bone has started to decay and the medicine is useless at this point. The oral surgeon also stated the tooth has been so far gone they should've never even did a root canal. Now I cannot get ahold of them to cancel my upcoming appointment. I've left voicemail after voicemail and no response. I am not paying $50 for a missed appointment I've been trying to cancel for a week.

Not to mention, one of the staff members messed up the impression so I had to come in AGAIN. After paying almost $2,000 for a crown I did NOT receive, I had to pay to get my wisdom teeth pulled out in order to get the crown. Why wasn't I told this before paying $2k when the Dr had seen my x-rays? They just care about money here and I would save myself the headache and money and not come here. My only regret is ever trusting All Dental Care.

She was terrible, she failed to cover my face during the process and i ended up with water and additive all over my face. She was rough in handling and painful in probing my gums, and during the appointment she left without explanation for several minutes. Also, interrupted my cleaning to help another employee with login problem. Her overall attitude was like she wanted to be somewhere else doing something other than cleaning my teeth. Then another employee took 15 minutes to take my x-rays, repeating the same steps numerous times. Since ownership changes in this practice the quality of overall service has suffered. Life is too short to accept poor service, go somewhere else for professional dentistry.

Hands Down Beat Dentist EVER!…read more Dr. Toral and her friendly staff Karina and Alissia are awesome. I came in initially last month after calling Dr. Toral early Sunday morning. Yes SUNDAY! I had a terrible accident which resulted in my cracking four of my front teeth. One of which was almost completely gone. I fell face first into the pavement after my dog, as her leash tripped me up. Needless to say I was in immense pain and scared to death from the look of my face, and lacerations . I immediately started looking up dentists after I finally got myself somewhat together and to no surprise I mostly got voicemail boxes instead of talking to a live person. Then I contacted Dr. Toral's office. She answered and took the details of my incident. She then made me an appointment for later the same day! Again on a Sunday! She immediately got me in, gave me a preliminary exam, and prescribed me medication to help with the terrible pain. She was very thorough and reconstructed my teeth good as new in no time! I was clearly told that a cleaning and x-ray would cost $199. I specifically asked in advance who would be performing the cleaning and even took the time to check her reviews. But when I arrived, I was told someone else would be doing the cleaning--someone I hadn't researched or been informed about beforehand. I've never felt so uncomfortable or unsettled during any of my dental cleaning in the past 30 + years When I arrived, I was shocked to be told that the cleaning would actually cost $850, plus the $199 for x-rays and examination. When I asked for clarification, I was told the $199 only covered x-rays and an exam--no cleaning included. This is completely misleading and feels like a bait-and-switch tactic. I've had my teeth professionally cleaned once a year for many years, and dentists consistently comment on how well I maintain my oral hygiene. Charging $850 for a routine cleaning + $199 is outrageous and unjustified. On top of that, the staff was rude and dismissive when I questioned the pricing. I walked out feeling disrespected and scammed. I would not recommend TruCare Dental to anyone. This experience was a total rip-off!!

The doctor was also incredible. He took time to explain everything to me and answer all my questions. He went over the x-rays as well as the 3-D images to show me exactly what was happening and what my options would be. If you need an endodontist, then I would highly recommend East Cobb endodontics.
