East Collision is hands down the best body shop in the tri-state area and this will be the only body shop I ever take a car of mine to.. I crashed our brand new Range Rover into a tree within a year of owning it and felt there was no way our car would ever be the same. I did extensive research on where to bring the car (was willing to drive ANYWHERE for the job to be done correctly), and through recommendations came upon this body shop. Both my husband and myself are extremely meticulous and detail oriented people, and they took amazing care of us even though we were extremely difficult customers. Not only did the car come back in absolute perfect condition (likely even better than when it was dropped off), but they handled insurance so seamlessly, in addition to over the top customer service - their treatment of customers is exceptional, and hard to come by these days. I had my Range Rover 2018 fixed at this shop. This was my first visit didn't know what to expect Land Rover suggested them. They are the best shop I've ever visited for body work, hands down. They literally not only fixed my car with all OEM Parts for my initial issue but, went above and beyond and handled other things as well as detailed my car. It looked like I got it fresh out the shop when they returned it. Nothing was missing I even left my credit card in the car to find it still there nothing charged. They kept lines of communications open as to the progress of my Vehicle every step Of the way, Paul jr customer service is outstanding. I won't ever Visiting anywhere else for repair work on any of my vehicles and I live all the way in New Jersey mind you, So that's saying something. I wish I could give East Collision more stars because they deserve but five stars will have to do for now. I found this auto body shop during an internet search and I'm glad I chose this place. Spoke to a man named Paul who reassured me that everything will be taken care of and I wouldn't have to worry about a thing. He even made a call to Enterprise to get me into a rental car at a lower price where he had one of his guys take me and pick me up. Paul called me many times to let me know the status of the repair and was on point with the expected date of the full body repair. What's best is that my car looked brand new as if it just came off the show room floor. I love this place!!! And what I like about this place is it being environmentally friendly and an advocate of recycling and being green. Bring your vehicle to East Collision and you will have a similar experience. I usually don't write reviews, but I had to share my great experience with East Collision. After an accident in NY, I was worried about finding a high-quality repair shop for my MB E400. I discovered East Collision through the MB Certified Collision website and saw they had excellent reviews. From my first call with Paul, I felt confident in their professionalism. Paul and his team worked with my insurance and thoroughly repaired my car, even involving Mercedes for a final check. The result was flawless, and when a minor issue arose afterward, Paul quickly resolved it with the Mercedes dealer (The front left sidemarker lamp malfunctioned, necessitating the replacement of the entire headlight since it is an LED unit, which is quite expensive). I'm extremely satisfied with their service and customer care. Paul is fantastic to work with, and I highly recommend East Collision, especially for Mercedes-Benz repairs.
