There is absolutely nothing professional about this "company". Be aware of the fact that you will NOT be dealing with a corporation per se. Instead, it operates more like an Uber service, whereby, hired individuals use their own personal vehicles to charter customers. Here is an outline of my "first time" experience with this service. I called the "company" on a Monday night to set up an appointment for a round trip service for Wednesday of that same week. The gentlemen promised to have a car pick me up at 12 noon and the driver NEVER showed up. Then to add insult to injury, I called the company to let them know and the dispatch person had a less than pleasant personality and was argumentative. The "company" had to send a second driver, and he arrived a half hour later, which in turn made me late to my appointment. The "company" had an I don't care attitude about the whole matter and never offered to compensate me in anyway for THEIR mistake. Unfortunately, I still needed a driver for my return and I had already made the appointment with this "company" (I use this term very loosely) so I had to call them. When the car arrived it smelled horribly of cigarette smoke and the driver had ripped jeans on and a nose ring protruding from the middle of her nose, which was very disconcerting. At this point all I had was a prayer that I would make it home in one piece - or at all for that matter. In speaking to her, she turned out to be a kind person but her appearance really needed some work. I don't think she realized that she was representing the "company" very poorly. This is a business and you DO NOT SHOW UP TO WORK looking like you were accosted in an alley. Anyhow, the next day I checked my billing statement and the company had the nerve to still charge the $11 gratuity for the driver that never showed. I called the company to let them know that I did not feel it was right that they not compensate me for THEIR ERROR. I most certainly felt that paying a gratuity fee for a driver that never showed was completely unfair and after having a little spat with the "company" owner he agreed to reverse the gratuity fee but did not agree to make any adjustments to the car service fees. So heed my WARNING my fellow Chicago residents. DO NOT, I repeat, DO NOT waste your time and money on contracting this "company's" services because you will be sorry. They have repeatedly demonstrated that they are low class people that do not know how to conduct themselves like professionals, which is extremely sad. STAY AWAY from this company and take your chances with someone else!!!

He was also very transparent with where he would be parked, how we could get in contact with him, and very quick to respond to text messages. All I needed was a company who could coordinate these airport transfers without giving me a massive headache. Enter: Ride In Style Limo. My hero in black leather seats. I needed a sedan for #1, a big SUV for #2, and then another sedan---for myself. After doom-scrolling Uber estimates of the $100-$125 per ride (plus the emotional cost of maybe getting a Toyota Corolla that smells like gym socks), I looked online and found Ride In Style. Preet responded fast, quoted me a fair price...honestly...it was only slightly more than what a rideshare would've cost. Worth. Every. Penny. The cars? Clean, spacious, and didn't smell like sadness or Febreze. The drivers? Total pros. They texted us ahead of time, met us at the curb like royalty (no dragging our bags across the airport to find some mystery JFK pickup zone), and were exactly where they said they'd be. Each ride was smooth and easy---literally 5-star service all around. But here's where they really shined: my red-eye flight got delayed by FOUR HOURS. These saints didn't flinch. They tracked the flight themselves and showed up right when I landed at JFK, like some beautiful punctual limo fairy godmother. No frantic texts. No "call us when you land." Just peace, comfort, and zero stress. Honestly, I want this company to handle all areas of my life. Airport pickups? Nailed it. Emotional support? Feels like they could do that too.
