The driver was prompt and nice. I have arthritis in my knees and feet, so in vans I ask to sit in the front as I cannot get in the back. This driver did not hassle me about sitting in the front. The next two rides were horrendous. The drivers were rude - argumentative, in-your-face, demeaning, impatient, intolerant. One came in a 12-passenger van and gave me a hard time about sitting in front - he didn't want to move his crap. (I always ask politely and explain why.) Another man staying at the dorm said he also had a terrible time with this cab company. But then when I needed an early-morning ride and the company I set up with flaked out, they were the only ones who answered. Turned out I was riding with the night manager and a dispatcher. I relayed to them my bad experiences with those 2 drivers and they said it would be taken care of. I hope so.
