Rachel stepped in and she fixed for me and really took her time to achieve the color I wanted. I am very picky person especially when it come to my hair and my nails. The color came out little bit lighter than what i am expecting but overall it was much much better than 3 hours before that. It took me a whole day 8 hours to get my hair done but it was worth it. Maybe, but how I felt!) by another stylist in town at a different salon in Mount Pleasant. The stylist I had been seeing moved away, and the salon rebooked me with somebody else. Foolishly, I accepted the appointment without looking into the stylist... a mistake I will never make again. She over-bleached my hair to the point that the bottom layer snapped off and gave me the worlds choppiest cut when I asked her to touch up my face frame. Turns out she was just out of hair school and not prepared for a complicated job yet, but she didn't tell me that! I left in tears and wore my hair in a hat for weeks. Then I found Katie's Instagram and she fit me in right away because she knew it's awful to walk around with ugly hair. From the beginning, she was honest with me about what we could immediately fix and what would take more time. I LOVE that she is transparent and will tell you what your hairs needs or what will look good. Anyway, three visits later and I'm finally feeling good about my hair again! I highly recommend Katie. She looked through all my inspiration pictures with me and got an amazing, creative grasp on what I wanted from that mixed with my verbal instructions/ desires. She lightened the overall color and got rid of the brassiness without making it look unnatural.
