Dana took time to consult with me and kept me informed about what steps she would take all along the way: even though I was using a Groupon, Dana treated me with respect and care. From condition to the correction of my haircut, to blow-out, Dana was absolutely a master. She managed to fix my hair- somehow, though I am really not sure how. She has the experience and skills. Ms. Rachel was great. She is very friendly and caring about the customer needs. I wanted my hair to be balayage ash brown. I showed my stylist the picture but well after 3 hours later it did not come out like what I wanted it. It was very yellow orange brassy and uneven color but ms. Rachel stepped in and she fixed for me and really took her time to achieve the color I wanted. I am very picky person especially when it come to my hair and my nails. The color came out little bit lighter than what i am expecting but overall it was much much better than 3 hours before that. It took me a whole day 8 hours to get my hair done but it was worth it. Everyone seemed nice but my stylist wasn't very personable and just had side conversations the whole time. I asked for lots of layers in my hair just to find out when it dried it was cut straight across. Wouldn't recommend going here if you're trying to just get your hair styled. read more

Wasn't sure what to expect from the salon as made my initial enquiries via email. Rachel, the salon owner responded and asked me to call her to make my appointment. When I called she was busy so someone took my details and then Rachel called me back to answer my questions. The day before the appointment I was called to check I was still attending. When I arrived I was greeted in a very friendly manner. The salon did have other customers but Melissa my stylist was free and waiting for me so no waiting around. I was made to feel at ease and the stylist was chatty but not overly bothersome. I guess you want to know about the results... Well my consultation put me at ease, I felt as though Melissa understood what I wanted and the end result was very pleasing. Full highlights, shampoo, toner, cut and blown then finished with flat irons. There was a groupon offer at the time so my cost was very reasonable considering my chest length hair that is quite thick $110 plus my tip. Booked my next visit while I was there so all in all a good experience and a satisfied customer. read more

Really enjoyed everything about my experience here. The ladies that work there are so genuine and very hospitable. They offer you a beverage right when you sit down. They were quick to get to it right away too! They were also good at knowing my hair type and giving me advice about how short to cut my bangs. I will def be back soon! read more

EXTREMELY disappointed in the service and hair cut I received here. I found a groupon and it had great reviews here on yelp so I figured I would try it out. I got about ten inches taken off the bottom of my hair and it is dreadfully uneven. I asked for longer layers, enough to keep it all in a pony tail. I have very thick hair so I need the ends quite thinned to be able to make it look nice. Dana just walked around my hair with shearers, when she asked if that was good enough, I asked kindly if she could actually cut layers with scissors and she rolled her eyes and looked annoyed and barely cut anything off. Not only was I upset about my hair cut my the service was quite awful as well. Dana made me feel that it was such hassle that I was there and I was wasting her time, so many eye rolls. I understand that everyone has bad days but I also work in the customer service industry and know that this behavior is no way to treat a paying customer. Overall, this was by far the worst hair cut and groupon experience I have ever had and I would not recommend this salon. read more

I would give this salon 0 stars if it were an option. I bought a groupon for a gel mani and ended up waiting for over 40 min. When I asked to reschedule, the receptionist never apologized but seemed annoyed that I couldn't wait any longer. The salon itself looks like an episode of hoarders and is in no way peaceful or inviting. I would pay full price for a mani elsewhere before I went back to Salon Salon. read more

Salon salon is by far the best salon I have ever encountered! I've been going there for years and wouldn't let anyone touch my hair but one of their stylists. Rachel is THE BEST! They are all up to date on all of the latest techniques and do a beautiful job with my highlights and cut. I am very picky about my color so it's not easy to make me happy but Rachel always does.
