They must have had a dozen different types of screws and fasteners for this type issue. The team member behind the counter, Jair was an absolute gentleman and guided me to the right choice and then installed it on my car. It's not that I could not do it, Jair just made it much easier for me to get this done. I also had an opportunity to speak with the manager, Sanique. She too is a wonderful person. They all have the same goal in mind.... Serve the needs of their customers. I also had to go back for new wiper blades and again got a new education on all their wiper blades. This is not a new building or auto parts store. The difference was that the shelves were stocked-overflowing with merchandise. Not a very big store but that is not a factor here. The shop was bright and clean with an extremely helpful staff behind the counter. Apparently they do a huge amount of business over the phone as they did not stop ringing. They have an excellent selection of just about everything. They have material from washing and detailing your car to batteries and other major parts. Many are in the stockrooms and behind the counter. I am always happy and impressed when I see a LOCAL store holding the same stock as a major department store and priced the same. My salesperson was professional, respectful, and very helpful throughout the process. Unfortunately, my experience with the dealership's management was extremely disappointing. I arrived at the time I had previously informed them (5:45 pm), but the manager became angry, raised his voice at me, and canceled all of my paperwork because he wanted to leave for dinner with his family. As a customer, I felt disrespected and embarrassed. This was supposed to be one of the happiest and most exciting days of my life, purchasing my first motorcycle. Instead, it became one of the worst experiences I've ever had as a customer. Because of this, I decided not to continue with the purchase. I do not recommend this dealership based on how management treated me. Customers deserve respect, especially when making such an important and emotional purchase. The only positive part of my experience was my salesperson, who handled himself professionally and tried to help me despite the situation.
