I experienced the same mistreatment as all the other bad reviews. They are designed to push unnecessary services on you. If you disagree then you are even treated worse. I walked away from their business practices today and asked where did the original dentist go. The office bully snapped at me and said "he was fired!" That in itself is unprofessional.
