In case you didn't know the Yelp site will send your request to all listed in whatever you are looking for. But Terran stood out; far from the madding crowd....(and no, I'm not a lemming). Why did he stand out? Because 1. While I live in town, it's an arduous task driving to my home 2. My home is 65 years old; upkept but old none the less 3. My home sits on a slop so to ladder my windows you'd better be darn skiiled. 4. My windows and screens were not cleaned for a LONG time.... I'm embarresed to say. 5. Terran drove to my home to give me the estimate (he did this in February of this year) He gave me the estimate and that was that. and now seven months later, I call him and politely explain that its been at least seven months and I wanted him to check his estimate. Well, the answer I got was "same price" and the rest is history. The job was simply UNBELIEVABLE. I know he took a long time and I'm not certain if that was what he expected. I won't be offended with an upcharge but guess what? No upcharge. Sparkling clean. The blinds were left raised so I got home to SPARKLING BRIGHT HOUSE!!!!! Thank you Terran! She actually has her front lawn windows stained with water spots from the sprinklers. We have hard water so window cleaning might be something that prevent the water from spotting on the glass. I found Da Hawaiian Window cleaner on the internet and called them up. Risaac was so professional and polite, even offered to come out and give me a free estimate which he just so happened to be in the area so he was here with-in two hours. Considering the danger of getting up on my auntie's roof I would never attempt to clean her own windows on my own. It is just one of those things where you should call a professional. After having them cleaned the house windows it feels so much more brighter that I had to follow suit and clean the rest of her house.....well the blinds at least, I will get around to the kitchen and tv room sometime in the next 2 weeks, lol :) Risaac gave me a good tip for maintaining anybody's front lawn windows: I learned that the sprinkler system from my yard should not be over spraying onto your house or anywhere near your windows or walking areas for that matter. If it does, call a yard guy to fix it. The water from the sprinklers will leave that hard water spots on your glass and the sun will follow up to bake it into your window. Although the window cleaner was able clean the glass he was not able to remove the hard water without using a machine which I did not want to pay for. So he tried his best to get the stains out with his chemicals but it was too severe and required the polisher.

Since my primary home is in California, I need an honest and reliable cleaning company who I can trust to clean my house when I'm not there. After speaking with Travis, the owner, on the phone, I knew I was in good hands. The first cleaning there was a slight hiccup, but that was due to MY fault. I gave them a key that didn't work, and the cleaning crew had to wait 40 minutes before they could get inside. I felt bad because it made them late to the rest of their appointments that day. Still, Travis was very professional and made things happen! Due to my error, they didn't have time to wash the sheets or towels, but Travis said they would do it off-site and return them to me when I'm in town (which he did). Talk about going the extra mile! In terms of the cleaning, they did an excellent job! Everything was neat, tidy and in its place. There wasn't one area that they missed. I would highly recommend this company if you're looking for an honest, reliable and trustworthy cleaning company!
