Ok, so walking into this place I was a little nervous from the outside, but, it was so clean and not smoky when I walked in. People are helpful, until the sessions start. Listen carefully. My tips: Get there early if you've never played before. Ask questions! Buy less than 18 cards, until you know what you are doing. Walk to the back to buy your cards, where it says card sales. You can purchase snacks or bring your own which is nice! Buy the lottery tickets, but open them up. It's another bingo game! If you're going to socialize, this is not the place. Sunday Nite Bingo. The bingo hall is extremely clean & the staff is helpful and friendly. First time was great thanks to the helpful group next to us. Snack bar is inexpensive and tasty. Closes at the start of 2nd session. Cash only and I would recommend to lower your denomination of bills so you are quick to pay at your seat and focus at the same time you are playing. The concession stand worker is irritable, and the bingo number caller is very difficult to understand and speaks at a low volume. I really enjoyed this bingo hall. I've only ever been to one bingo hall before, and it was not a friendly atmosphere. From the moment we walked in, the security guard was friendly and inviting, the ladies at the counter were friendly and helped us choose the best bingo card options for us. The friendly staff foster a friendly environment among the patrons. When we were unsure about the rules of a game, people around us were helpful. Overall I would recommend getting buying a computer and one smaller sized paper card. The computer takes the confusion away, but the paper card allows you to have more fun! read more

What a fun time at Plano Bingo! I had no idea so many people played. Large open room with plenty of seating. They do multiple rounds of games here, one at 730 and one at 930 i believe. They even have food! The menu was more extensive than i would have thought for bingo. It was way more than i was expecting. Now if it's good, that i do not know. I did get to have the Frito Pie though. It's a guilty please of mine. And it was everything i could have asked for in a frito pie lol portion was huge and i could not finish before it got soggy. Went here on the Friday night before Mother's Day. It was my first time so no expectations. Did I mention I love BINGO?! The seating is first come first served. Everyone was nice & helpful to explain the process. I went with some excepts BINGO players which was helpful as well. I gave this a 4 star because of the very slow food service. I ordered a cheeseburger & fries which took 1/2 hour to prepare. I think they need more help in the kitchen! Otherwise, it was a good time to pass the time on a Friday! read more

Freaking LOVE this place. I grew up watching the grown ups play bingo. I'm a purist: I'm a dauber, not a computer user (lazy folks). This place offers both, although you are probably more likely to win playing a computer as it plays 66 games at one time. Computers (max of two per person) are $35 per session. I play an 18 game sheet for $10-$12 dollars instead. They also sell daubers for $1 there. They are open 7 days a week and sessions are 7:30 and 9:30 and on Saturday they do an extra one after the 9:30 one. Payouts are anywhere from $250 to $750 on the spot. No smoking! It doesn't smell like smoke either. There's a great concession stand with everything from nachos to hamburgers. Lots of friendly folks. It makes for a great cheap Saturday night out. read more

There isn't a bad seat in the house, each seat is situated where you can see the and hear the bingo caller. East Plano Bingo is opened Monday through Saturday. Each night there is 2 sessions, the first one starting at 7:30pm and the second one starting at 9:00p.m., on Saturday there is an extra session that is at 10:30p.m. You are able to play as many sessions as you like. Fun casual place. We've been here several times, I've never won but always have a fun time. The Website states masks optional but preferred. Workers (except the caller) were wearing masks. Upon arrival the security guard did a quick temperature check as he welcomed you and handed you a ticket (for them to keep track of the # of people for Covid reasons ). Everyone has always been very nice and helpful. Snack bar has good food, I can recommend the burgers, tots and chicken strips. Prices are reasonable but they do get busy and only one cook so if you want to eat before the game starts then plan to arrive early or you can also bring your own food in. They have a soda fountain with coke products and sell bottled Dr Pepper and Diet Dr Pepper. If you are a first timer don't be afraid to ask questions. The games move fast and they also play pull Tabs in between sessions so try not to mark your paper games. *Warning* they do ask you keep the chatter down so others around you can hear the caller. Having never experienced bingo before, I went here with some friends. The room Is very large, plane and clean. Lots of rectangular tables with sufficient number boards and TV monitors. There were also enough workers roving around selling extra games (that were not well explained) to answer questions. There was a decent snack bar with very reasonably priced food. The only (very) annoying aspect was the man calling out the ball numbers affected a drawl that made it impossible for any of my 3 friends and me understand the call. We had to look at the video and numerical displays. It was fun to go once and the people the friendly and having fun. But, it wasn't my cup of tea. read more
