We chatted and the sitter got to know our pets, our routine, where everything is, etc. Very organized. The intake form is pretty long, but seriously it's very helpful to give as much info. Plus they can administer meds if needed. This is a great option for those whose pets either can't or don't do well at a kennel/day care. The second time I put them there for two nights I put them in a smaller kennel without video because I knew that everything was going well.
