Nearly five years later, and still a five-star review…read more I used to live a 2-min drive from the old Prime location and they moved 10 minutes away to their much better current spot. I stuck with them. Then I moved and have about a 15-minute drive to get to them. I still stuck with them. The creativity of their workout circuits, along with their constructive feedback and familial feeling of the way instructors and clients interact, makes Prime a critical part of my fitness and overall wellness routine. I let my guard down about a year ago and got to the heaviest I had been - 200 lbs - mainly because I wasn't going as often and not eating as well as I could have. Over the past year, with more consistent attendance (3-4 times a week) and calorie tracking, I've been in the 170s consistently for the past few months and maintaining this healthy weight with a better muscle-to-fat ratio, thanks to Prime. Thank you Eric, Christy, Ashley and Matt!!!

The Zoom group training continues to be as fun and effective as the live, in person boot camps. The motivation and programming are excellent, there are modifications whether you have some or no equipment, and they go beyond weight maintenance to include nutrition support and mental wellness. Prime Fitness can help you reach your health and fitness goals, whatever they may be, and you can do it safely from the comfort of your own home.

I've been training with Brian for about a month, and I have only good things to say about him. My…read morefitness level is somewhere in the deep negative range, so we've had to start slow, but I already feel like I am seeing some improvement in my stamina and how I'm feeling day-to-day. I have found Brian to be patient and encouraging, but he also doesn't let me get away with doing anything half-assed during our workouts. I'm still at a point in which I find myself hating him for a little while after our sessions, so I figure that he's doing something right. If you were to ask me to name five reasons why you should work out with Brian, I would have to go with: (1) he's very knowledgeable; (2) he's flexible about exercises and will help you find the ones that work best for you; (3) he's always on time; (4) his rates are very reasonable and he doesn't lean on you to purchase more sessions than you can afford; (5) he's also available to help you work on your nutrition and diet. Highly recommended!

The best part of training with Brian is he makes sure you keep up with your program when he is not around. This includes workouts, stretching and nutrition. This got me to lose 28 pounds and improve my strength and endurance. He gets an A+ with the 5 stars. I will have all my friends hire him too! Rose Janela

Alex (the owner) is my trainer now - I work out with him 3 times per week. He is among the most knowledgeable professionals in the business! In my two months with RedZone, i have seen my neck and shoulder pain disappear through a very focused training regimen. Alex also works with my Physical Therapist to tailor workouts to my needs! I would highly recommend RedZone fitness for either one-on-one personal training, their bootcamps, or any other service they would provide.

Alex is unquestionably one of those rare trainers who understand both the psychological and practical aspects of training. He is quick to tune into the personalities of his clients and push/encourage them accordingly, and he isn't rigid in his training approach -- if you want to skip or modify an exercise, he is happy to adjust the workout. His compliments are genuine, and he never judges you for failing to finish an exercise, resting, or confessing to a bad week of eating. Finally, I enjoy the style of the workouts he provides for me. Lots of creative exercises and new twists, yet all very functional. And because his exercises tend to utilize multiple muscle groups, they provide a full-body workout -- you definitely get your cardio in addition to strength training, which is great for anyone who is crunched for time!

So I did the 2 week Groupon here at the Gaithersburg Soldierfit. Let me tell you I went EVERYDAY…read moreexcept for Saturdays because I work from 9am to 5pm and their class schedule did not work with mine. Here is what I thought. Location: Not so great, parking is HORRIBLE! lol The way they time their classes? parking is always filled up with gym members who are finishing up with workout and then everyone that is trying to make it to class on time are scrambling outside to find a good spot to park. Since they tow you want to make sure you are in an authorized spot. If you don't make it to the warm up? You cannot do the class! remember that. lol If class ends at 6:30pm and starts at 6:30pm? How can people leave and enter? They need to fix that. Make it 6:40pm. It will make a BIG difference. I have been working for Golds gym and thats how classes ran so much more smoothly. Size of gym: Kinda small honestly. At 6:20pm They have a kid class that is right next to the group workout area. They have little kids running with the adults during the warm up. My kids tried out the class and they thought it was "ok". They did not like running in the middle of room with the adults. (They were kind of scared to get hit) Teachers? They were GREAT!! Really pushed me and everyone in the class. If you have bad knees? Honestly? this s not good for you. Even if you go to a knee class? these work outs are going to mess up your knees over time. I went 6 days a week and I could tell the difference. If anything? Just stretch well afterwards. Pricing? Is pretty high! Its about $70/80/month for unlimited classes. I think if you had a personal trainer? its worth getting rid of the trainer and coming here. But its still high if your just looking for a gym alternative. Overall Soliderfit is a good place if you are looking for a push. Parking is terrible and the timing of class is not convenient for members at all to my opinion. The staff is great! Rigo is super friendly and has a warm approach! Never met Antione but he did help me over the phone. The two guys that work the front desk (signing in) were super friendly too!! Great customer service. If the pricing and schedule worked more with my circumstances? I would have definitely signed up.
