Been a member for about 2 years now. I joined because I wanted to get a bit more cut. Didnt quite reach that goal (not their fault, I really like cookies and beer ), but I would definitely recommend. Each trainer has their own style, so you get a bit of variety. Training ranges from ladder drills, weight training, calisthenics, and those damn burpees (yes I'm aware those are also calisthenics, but I classify them separately due to being pure evil). Multiple times are available, so early risers, lunch breakers, or those looking for a post work workout can all get in where they fit in. Go give them a try!

Love this place great energy and Tungi is amazing! This is where I get my motivation to lift weights, work out, stay in community and have fun at the same time! I definitely recommend this business to anyone who is trying to get the motivation and form they need to build muscle!

Fitness Edge is the best!!! I have to admit that I never truly work out before through my whole life. The first day I joined the gym was a full body workout and I was literally "dead" when I got home!! Lol All the trainers are so patient and always take care of me and make sure I don't injure myself in every session! I love the vibe and everyone here!! Sometimes, Tungi, the owner of the gym, holds special sessions for gym members to check if your pose is correct or invite radiologist coming in to give us a talk and check our artery! Joining Fitness Edge changed my life and made me happier and of course, much much healthier than before!! Definitely come and join Fitness Edge!!

This is a great place with great people. I like the encouragement you get from everyone there from employees to others working out.

It is pretty clean and has a few fun choices of classes. The instructors are energetic, and it seems the classes have their own little community, too. The staff is friendly and welcoming from my interactions with them. Some drawbacks are that the gym typically closes at 10 or 11, and I like to go later in the night, when it is less busy. During peak hours after work, this gym gets pretty crowded upstairs in the weightlifting section, and I notice that a lot of people can be impatient waiting for the machines, since there is only 1 or 2 of each. Also, the machines are not really upkept perfectly- there are numbers rubbing off to see how much weight you're lifting. As far as value and location goes, I would probably switch to PF or Onelife if I did not have the $28/month discounted price to LA Fitness. Do research to see what works for you.

Easy to talk to and also felt comfortable to be quiet, my haircut left me speechless, it was beautiful. Pros: -the changing rooms are outfitted with lockers, toiletries, changing stall, showers, sauna, steam room, hot tub, and swimsuit drying machines -awesome indoor and outdoor pools, with a water slide, lots of padded chairs, and pool bar -day passes and guest passes available.. You can also use the gym if you get a LifeSpa service that day -several options to get food, protein, etc if you need that -staff was friendly -towel service Cons:- I was overcharged for my tab at the pool, signage said $8 for Mango Cart but I paid like $12+tip -$200+ per month is just not in my price range -the number of weight machines seemed low compared to everything else, I went at 1pm on a Tuesday so I can only imagine how long I'd have to wait after 5pm. Some things only had 2 of that machine, I expect more for the money paid.

I was looking forward to relaxing my muscles and taking advantage of this amenity. Before I joined, Diana gave me a tour of all three floors and explained that there are four recovery rooms. She told me that if I wanted to use one of the recovery chairs, I could simply wait outside the room for the next available chair, and that each session is limited to 15 minutes per person. The Recovery Room was one of the features that most interested me when deciding to become a member. Unfortunately, my experience today was very disappointing. There were no clear instructions regarding how the waiting process works, and no staff member was present at the Recovery Room front desk to assist members. As a result, people were able to cut in line easily, making the process feel unfair. When I needed assistance, I was told to go all the way to the main front desk on the first floor, which was inconvenient and frustrating. In the end, I was unable to use a recovery chair despite waiting, and the overall experience left me very disappointed. I would appreciate it if Life Time could review and improve the management of this area by providing clear instructions, a fair queuing system, and better staff oversight. These improvements would help ensure that all members can enjoy the facilities fairly and have a positive experience.

I came here, hoping to use Wellhub, while I was waiting on my car to get serviced in the area. I called beforehand to confirm the online schedule and ask if there was space in the class I wanted to be in, which was BodyPump. The employee confirmed, so I spent my money on an Uber getting there. I arrive, check in, etc. There were two men at the desk: one with long hair and a Black man with glasses who was seemingly the manager. The one with the hair asked if I was the one who called. I confirmed. I went upstairs for the class. On my way, I noticed the demographic here was significantly older and the equipment was, too. Fine - just came for the class. I get upstairs and see people rolling into the room with yoga mats. I go downstairs and ask the same long-haired man to confirm the class happening. He tells me it's yoga but says that the online schedule says bodypump. They apologized but literally WTF? I've now wasted my money and time and mentally prepared for a workout and all y'all have to offer is a damn apology? The manager asked if I wanted to workout or take the yoga class. No shade but GTFOH. lol it was a very gentle yoga looking class for elderly people and I am not interested. Then, the manager offers to take me through a 30-minute workout because he's a trainer. I say sure but emphasize that the class I was promised was a 50-minute class. Then, he disappeared. WTF? lol

Alex is unquestionably one of those rare trainers who understand both the psychological and practical aspects of training. He is quick to tune into the personalities of his clients and push/encourage them accordingly, and he isn't rigid in his training approach -- if you want to skip or modify an exercise, he is happy to adjust the workout. His compliments are genuine, and he never judges you for failing to finish an exercise, resting, or confessing to a bad week of eating. Finally, I enjoy the style of the workouts he provides for me. Lots of creative exercises and new twists, yet all very functional. And because his exercises tend to utilize multiple muscle groups, they provide a full-body workout -- you definitely get your cardio in addition to strength training, which is great for anyone who is crunched for time!
