Service was excellent. The job took a few days and since I was out of town (nearly 2 hr drive each way), they provided a loaner vehicle at no cost. Horrible sales experience horrible customer service experience, horrible transportation experience. I reached out for some tire information as I believe 2 tires are to be manufactured defective. The service department was promising as they heard my concern and said they would reach back out but haven't. I have not asked for anything . No deductions for the truck damage , nothing. They don't care enough about you. You are just another paycheck.

The new heavy set guy that works the front desk has really price gauged me the last two times. The gentleman with the ear piercings was always much more reasonable.
