I get a message to call about an estimate and a few other parts I didn't think of. These guys don't miss much when it comes to car repairs. I said ok with the work. Midafternoon I get another message the car is done, and I request the shuttle. Aaron is the driver and he was here quick. He's easy to talk to, a good guy. I get the bill, pay it and I'm out the door. Very reasonable price for the amount of work being performed. Fast too, less than a day and I have my car back. The work that was done was tip top. The guy who drives the shuttle is out sick so they cannot drive me back to work which sucks because I came here for that reason. After finishing with my oil change, he told me there were 6 things that needed to be fixed. One of them was a filter replacement for a $145.00. If you think I'm kidding, I'll post the pictures. I took my car to my regular mechanic who is my friend. All of those things that he said that I needed, don't need to be done until I hit 50,000 miles. My car only has 30 430 miles. I'm not sure if he thought that he could take advantage of me because I was a woman. My mechanic also laughed at the prices & said they were outrageous. They don't even charge labor to replace the filters. Ps I can buy the filters & replace them myself. I'll have to say I will never come back to this place ever again. This is in response to the owner's response. Even if that was the case there are 3 other services that you wanted to charge me for that were also not needed. Also, no response to a $145 charge for a filter replacement, which is ridiculous. The way this economy is now and everything is already outrageously expensive due to this administration. You need to stop taking advantage of people. Andrea, we recommend servicing CVT transmission fluid every 30K miles because they fail quite often and sometimes with very low miles; Jason did a wonderful job educating and communicating this.
