We had our younger son's birthday party at this Chuck E Cheese and it was great! Our birthday boy had a lot of fun with friends and family. We went with the Fun Package with a total of slightly under 20 kids. All the kiddos enjoyed the 2-hours of unlimited game play and the time with Chuck E Cheese. Some of the kids also went to the Adventure Zone and it looked like they had a lot of fun there too. This location is very clean and well kept. Excelled customer service at this location. The pizza was surprisingly tasty and the salad bar looked fresh. With the fun pass membership it's such a great deal to come here and play games. Today the pizza was only $5 for a 1 topping large and we automatically got 40 game plays with our $7.99/month membership. We can go every day if we want! This location was clean and I only noticed that one game was not working. Perfect place to go on a cold winter day! read more

One of the cleanest Chuck E. Cheese's I have ever been in. We went for my cousins son birthday and had a lovely experience. The staff was super friendly and the pizza was pretty good. My only complaint is that there was one game/machine that the kids could stand in and have balls dump on them-the balls in that machine were filthy and very dirty. My son had his bday party there in September. Disaster from minute 1. Our party host had no clue what was going on. We were all dressed up as super heroes, yet when I asked for help gathering the children to come eat or any other events, he acted clueless to who was in our party. There was no timeline of events, even though I went through a timeline 3 days prior with the manager. Then when it was time to sing happy birthday to my son, the host tried doing it when my husband went to the restroom. Um, no-you can wait till he comes back out. He was annoyed bc there were several other parties going on at the same time and they had to sing happy birthday twice. Well, again, this is why communication is key and important to follow a set timeline when your throwing a party for children! To add insult to injury, I received a call a week later from the manager (same lady I spoke to 3 days prior to party) to go through my grievances. She was extremely polite and apologetic on the phone. She offered a family 4 pack with pizza, drinks and game tokens as a condolence to how horrible the party went. I gladly thanked here. Here it is December now- 3 months later and still no sign of this offer. Would have been better if she just apologized w/o promising a "token of appreciation" she could not deliver on. read more

We took my son (just turned 3) here and really enjoyed our time. We went on a Monday night so it wasn't as busy as on the weekends. They had new play tubing up (kind of like in the McDonalds playplace) which my son absolutely loved. My husband and I enjoyed playing some games against each other as well. We ordered two pizzas, the vegetarian was actually very good for Chuck E Cheese pizza, but the pepperoni tasted like metal. It was horrible. . I was pleasantly surprised I was attending my grandnieces birthday. I was expecting a pizza place with a few bells and whistles. Its more like an arcade that serves food. The food selections seemed surprisingly decent. Even a salad bar. Im glad we went with freestyle option since it would be easier to herd cats than to get everyone to get there let alone sit down at the same time. The party set up seemed crowded and claustrophobic. Staff seemed pretty on top of things to me but food does seem to be a bit of an afterthought. Even to the customers. I think if you plan for time ina restaurant you'll enjoy it more. Not staffed or managed properly. Be prepared to stand in lines and have few staff that are actually able to answer your questions or provide the service. By the way they present themselves I would guess they all hate their jobs, even the guy in the suit and tie! The games part is cool and the pizza wasn't bad. Went on a Sunday evening and WOW was this place in complete disarray. Adults could tell that the person who wears the Chuck E costume hated their job walking around with shoulders slumped and head hanging down. All staff frowned the entire time unless they were talking to each other. This is a kids place so how about contributing to the happiness a little by ditching the frowns! Cards at the tables indicate that they use green ingredients to clean the facility and that it's cleaned and sanitized every hour. We were there for more than two hours and NOTHING was clean, nor did we see a single employee cleaning anything. Games were gross and good luck finding a clean table to sit at. The kids had a great time which is what matters and $20 in game points lasted us two hours so the price is great! read more

We took our 5-year-old there on a Sunday for her birthday. It was a little busy, but not too bad. We had a coupon, so we ordered a 1 topping pizza (pepperoni). The cashier asked if we wanted any additional toppings, so I added sausage. We had no trouble finding a clean table either, which is getting harder and harder nowadays when you walk into a restaurant. When the pizza came, it only had sausage. I found the manager and he (I think his name was Jeremy) gave us our choice of either a new pizza or game tokens. We took the game tokens. He was very prompt, professional and nice about it. The pizza was good and so were the buffalo wings we ordered. We spent several hours there and the place just got busier, but not overwhelmingly so. Overall, we had a pleasing experience and I would definitely go back to this same location. And as much as I'm known to complain, that's saying a lot! read more
