As I've been dealing with extreme anxiety and will not go to the doctors due to DR.O and the behavior he expresses. As it has finally come out that I am not the only one he has "inappropriately touch" and "harassed" I don't feel alone or scared to come out about the way he acted with me during a visit. I was sent to east side urgent care for a work incident back in 2023. Upon arrival the receptionist was very nice but asking for my credit card was a little weird in which I refused to give since it was a workers comp incident. When placed into a room dr.o came in closed the door pulled a chair up in front in which is grabbed my ankles and placed my feet on his lap pulling himself in closer which was a very uncomfortable situation for me. Dr.o asked what I was in for that day and I explained I hurt myself at work and needed my wrist to be checked so I can return to work. During him checking my wrist he pressed his junk against my leg and was swaying back and forth. I asked him to stop he backed up. And then had his hands on my upper thigh and asked me "do you think I don't know how to do my job?" I told him that I wasn't questioning his ability to do his job but he was making me uncomfortable with his actions and pressing himself up against me. He then gripped my thigh hard and started rubbing the inside of my thighs than said "then shut up and let me do my job" at that moment I pushed him back and walked out the office trembling. I was scared confused and felt disgusted with myself. Any females out there please do not go to this urgent care your sickness and safety is not in this doctors best interest he will force himself on you talk down to you. And has no sympathy for your wellbeing read more

East Side's staff are the best in the business without a doubt! Dr. Olenek really cares about his patients and will spend as much time as he needs to help you! He is unbelievably knowledgeable and he just treats you like family! I've been a patient for years and I'll never see any doctor before talking to Dr. Olenek for his opinion on my situation. This is not a big company that treats you like numbers on a chart. Brittany at the front desk is always smiling and greets you by name. Do not go to Eastside Urgent Care, especially if you're getting a covid test. My partner and I walked in to get tested last month and Dr. Olenek immediately took off his mask. When we requested he put it back on, he said "these things don't work anyway". He proceeded to be combative with us about it. So if you are at risk, make sure you stay away, or if you just prefer a doctor who cares about their patients' comfort don't come here. read more

Have been here about five times now......DR. OLENEK is wonderful. He actually listens to you and takes his time, and is very caring.

Upon arrival, I explained to the medical receptionist that I had been referred by another patient for a specific medical treatment alternative. She asked me if I had any of the prerequisite medical conditions that would qualify me and I told her that I did not. My medical issues are quite rare. I shared with her what my medical problems were and she paused and then told me that she would discuss it with the doctor. 10 minutes later she returned and said, "Let me get you to fill out these forms and then we can get you in to see the doctor." She also took a copy of my debit card in advance. Another 20 minutes of waiting later (and watching an irate patient argue with the doctor and staff over billing problems in the lobby) and I was taken into an examine room to wait another 20 minutes. When the doctor arrived, he asked me to describe my medical problems to him, after which he told me that I didn't have any of the prerequisite conditions (which he knew from the beginning), couldn't participate in the treatment and suggested I buy Pepcid AC as a ridiculous suggestion to my terminal medical conditions. Upon leaving, $200 was charged to my debit card. I sincerely feel that I was scammed and taken advantage of. I had explained during the short consultation that I was recently laid off my job (as my place of employment had a fire and closed down) and surviving off a small unemployment check. Knowing this while also knowing before I was even seen that I didn't qualify for the medical treatment, I feel that this office has lost sight of fulfilling their Hippocratic Oath to do no harm. They KNEW they couldn't help me but pretended to make an exception for me while really only wasting an hour of my time and taking 2 weeks of food from me while I'm already struggling. Think twice before allowing yourself to be mistreated and abused by this office or Dr. Olenek. And if they do, don't be afraid to contact the AMA, Better Business Bureau and let them know that this doctor takes advantage of the sick and dying for his profit. read more

went to East Side Urgent Care as suggested by the nurse at New Vision. because of wife's swollen arm and hand. . Waited 25 minutes and I stepped outside room to ask how much longer. A man who i assume was the Doctor was walking out side and asked why am i out side the room. I told him to find out how much longer a wait. He lost it. Said i had no business leaving room. I should not leave room. Said others are waiting and have been here before you. Called me RUDE over and over again. Followed me into the exam room where my wife was awaiting treatment. She started to explain her problem and he kept shouting how RUDE i was. She said lets leave. As we were leaving, he kept berating us with the comments "rude" to anyone listening in the outer office Besides health grades are there any regulatory or govt agencies i can report this to? read more

Dr. Olenek has basically become the primary doctor that my husband and I see now for our various medical issues. No more waiting weeks, sometimes months, for our "primary care physician." His office now takes appointments so wait time can be reduced. His bedside manner is refreshing and wonderful. He eagerly shares information that can help us make informed decisions about our health. He listens carefully to our concerns and interacts with us in a way that never feels condescending, as many other doctors do. When we need a referral for a specialist he sends us to the best of the best. We feel so fortunate to have found him. We highly recommend Dr. Olenek. read more

I worked Here for almost a year I can't talk about the disrespect I received from Dr. O He has always belittled me. As I'm crying writing this review. I can't believe I was treated so poorly. I was an excellent worker. Single mom with 2 kids. That needed a job. So I settled with it. It got to the point where it caused me anxiety, stress, like he was a monster. He said I was "incompetent" to patients. I was on time everyday . I was a hard ass worker. I'm so very upset ! I have never in my life been treated so bad. I greeted everyone with a welcoming smile. Met so many sweet people . But I have had enough. Luckily I was offered a better job opportunity. He has caused me to be very depressed. Caused mental distress. I didn't deserve none of his harsh words. He accused me of stealing, he accused me of everything in the book. I was an honest worker I never would take anything from anyone :( I can't believe him. I wish he gets help. I felt harassed. I know I had bills to pay so I couldn't just quit. I can't believe I let him treat me like a was an animal. Everyone loved me because they saw how genuine I was. Worst office staff they bill for services and cant explain what your billed for! I called the billing person he couldn't tell me what I was billed for. Called the office they couldn't tell me either just that's what it is! I was still talking they hung up on me! I will be calling the better business bureau and AMA. Everyone should do the same ! They can not mail anything from Vero Beach to ft Pierce because of HIPpa laws what a joke! Run from this place they only care about money ! read more

They have a so called policy of taking your bank or credit card information. They tell everyone that they will not take anything out of that account until after you are billed and if it is not paid in 90 days. That is not true. You signed a paper unknowingly allowing them to take money from your account when ever they want. They took a payment out of my account five days after my appointment without any notifications to me and without me ever receiving a bill. My husband had a payment taken out of his account 15 days after he was seen without any notification or receiving a bill. The office blamed it on the billing and the billing company was rude and told me to call the office. They also coded for outpatient services just for giving a shot which the insurance company said they should not have done. read more

Be prepared for a long wait in this office....atleast 2 hours maybe more, especially if your appt. is after 2:00. While the doctor here seems ok, the tech had to take my blood pressure 5 times and still didn't get an accurate reading. No paper on the patient tables made me wonder if they are properly sanitized after each patient. One other thing that I didn't really like was they ask for a credit card upfront....never had this happen before. Other reviews stated their card was charged without them knowing....dont know the reasons but doesn't seem right. They do make you sign a waiver that they can charge your card, but my feeling on this practice is that it is unprofessional. read more

This is the least urgent place I've ever been to in my life, waited to have some stitches removed for my 16 month old son. It took over 2 1/2 to even see the doctor. I do not recommend this urgent care to anyone, completely unprofessional. The front desk over promises on wait time. read more
