There seem to be a dozen outpatient services available here. I made sure to take note of the Children's Express Care, which is open Monday-Friday 5-9pm, Saturday 12-8pm, and Sunday 10am-6pm. However, the reason for our visit was x-rays for our daughter. Originally, we were going to have to do an ultrasound for her, which is appointment only, but it was changed to x-rays instead. The good news about that is the x-rays can be done as a walk-in procedure. The hours are Monday-Friday 8am-12pm and 1-9pm, Saturday 12-8pm, and Sunday 10-6pm. Even though we had some issues with the prescription being faxed over from our pediatrician's office, we were still in and out of the office very quickly, in under an hour, I believe. I definitely plan on coming back in the future, especially to use the Children's Express Care next time my daughter is sick at night or on the weekend.

I have seen a variety of doctors and PAs and I feel that they always provide great feedback and are attentive to what works for me. They are very personable and take your lifestyle into account with providing care. I go for my yearly physical and for any follow up for general health. I was searching for a new PCP and I found Premier Medical Associates through AHN. My first…read moreappointment was with a physician assistant named Zoe Blair and she seemed nice at the time. The second appointment with her started out ok, but quickly went downhill after I started asking questions and respectfully disagreed with some of what she was saying. I had to fill out questions for the e-check-in before the appointment which included what I thought might be causing my symptoms. After I tried asking her about what I thought might be possible causes, she immediately dismissed every single thing that I said and accused me of having anxiety over having potential medical conditions. I asked if I could have a couple of tests ordered related to my thyroid since I have Hashimoto's and hypothyroidism, which she dismissed as well and said only TSH matters and no ultrasound is necessary. I said that I disagreed and it's ok to disagree on things, but then she turned into a different person at that point. She started telling me how she went to school for this and it escalated into her yelling while talking down to me for even mentioning anything related to my own health. I said that I did not want to argue with her and immediately deescalated the situation. The rest of the appointment was extremely uncomfortable and I couldn't wait to get out of there. In the clinical notes, she accused ME of getting frustrated multiple times. I never raised my voice once at the appointment like she did, and it was one of the worst experiences I've ever had. If you are looking for an unprofessional, inexperienced, close minded physician assistant who thinks they know everything without even considering other possibilities, you'll hit the jackpot going here. I feel bad for any patients who need to see her for help because everyone deserves adequate care and respect, which she seems incapable of providing. I found a new PCP who is wonderful and actually cares and listens to me. Also, the rest of the staff was very nice, but I was never able to get an at home sleep test order faxed over for me. From my experience, I would avoid this particular practice like the plague. Endocrinology is excluded from this review and has provided excellent care.
