I wasn't going to review this place after having 2 of my Fox shocks replaced here. I had to come back not once but twice to get the shocks bolts replaced. They just fell out while on the trail. But then After I had my new tired mounted there, they used air guns In my fuel cover plate bolts and stripped out my fuel rims. I would say don't allow this ship to touch your vehicle. I took my car in for an oil change and tire rotation to a shop close to home that said they would not do my rotation because the tires looked shredded. My friend referred me here (her dad has been going here for years) to have them take a look for a second opinion. They were able to get me back on the road, rotated my tires and did an alignment. They said there's still life left in the tires to get me safely to my travel destination but that I may need new shocks. The honesty, efficiency, and value were absolutely worthwhile. first off I ordered a set of wheels and tires paid for them in full with new sensors. Everything two months later they finally show up and isn't drilled right not their fault but on that day, I told them to take the wheels off of my car stick them on my sister's car and that was all they were supposed to do instead they dismounted the tires to remove pressure sensors and while doing this ripped one of my tires in half these tires didn't even have 500 miles on them and the manager was trying to get me to pay for the tire to be replaced because he said the age stamp on the tire. after arguing with them, they agreed that it was their fault and tried to give me a tire that did not match. my existing tires and while lifting my car to take the wheels and tires off, they tried to use one of my plastic fenders as a lifting point and smashed my fender then they move the jacks back to my floorboards and caved in the floorboards of my car even after all this the nice person I am, I tried to give them a resolution for the that it wasn't happy about, but I was trying to be a good person after waiting a month for them to get the wheel replaced that was cut wrong. I get a text message stating that they had my wheel. so I went into the store to get my wheels put on and was talked down to like I was stupid and told that I had to go to the Gilbert location that my wheels and tires were now there so I drive to the Gilbert location and I'm told that they still don't have my wheels every time I've asked when my wheels are gonna be in. I'm giving a day days and weeks that day still nothing straight up, disrespect and terrible service that I received. isn't the topper when I asked for a refund they gave me everything but the cost of the tire that they stuck on my car after ripping a brand new tire and half so not only did I have to pay for the tire that they damaged but they're refusing to pay for the damage that they caused to my car. and on top of all of this, the store manager and the employees paid more attention and talked more about my breast then they did my car. read more

Looking for a dishonest shop that mishandles your vehicle? This is the one! Looking to work with a shop owner who is unprofessional and lacks basic customer service skills! He owns this shop right here. I initially purchased a set of wheels, tires, leveling kit, sensors, installs, balancing and alignment. $3500+ on the first purchase. Less than an year later I went back to purchase a new set of tires which should have been a super simple, straightforward transaction. I was told service would be done in about 2-3 hours max, but instead I was at the shop for about 7 hours. At first I was understanding believing they're just really backed up, I got my vehicle back after 7pm. I live an hour away from the shop, drove home, just to find my wheels where extremely mishandled, scratched, dented, everywhere on the wheels. I woke up with a flat tire the immediate next morning. When I first contacted the shop with the concern they immediately responded with "yea go ahead and bring it back so we can fix that." The next day I head back just to be called a liar, Erik stating it was my word vs his, and stating I should have taken pictures of everything beforehand. I honestly didn't think I had to as I trusted the shop I didn't think I had to take extra precautions given their reputation. After disputing with Erik and asking to sit down with him and watch the video surveillance to prove his employees mishandled the wheels, he "agreed" to fix them but stated would need a few days to correct it. I trusted his shop would fix their mistake. I went a few days without the vehicle, I was told it would be ready at 8 am. I show up at 8 and when I walked into the office he immediately stated "give me until 9 bro!!" In a very loud tone, without me saying a single word to him, clearly someone was having a bad morning. Didn't think much of it, carried on. When I got my wheels back, I noticed the wheels looked worse than when they went in to be "fixed." I told Erik it looked like someone took a spray paint can and sprayed them. Super unprofessional, terrible results, and on top of that they still had the nerve to charge me. I didn't immediately notice the back driver side damaged to the body of the vehicle itself as it had rained days prior to and the vehicle was dirty. When I went to wash the vehicle later that day I noticed the damages and contacted Erik. Erik already knew of the damages as they had photos of it before it left the shop. He replied with a quote stating he would schedule the repair at the body shop and he would have his employee that caused it, pay for it. They really tried to cover something up but still got pictures and quotes as their Plan B in case we did notice. RIDICULOUS!!!!! We paid more than $4,500 to this shop to get a terrible service and more than a month of having to go back and forth to correct all of the damages they caused. Every single time I would call Erik I would get one lie after another after another. Erik acknowledged his shop mishandled the wheels they sold me when i purchased a second set of tires with them. Erik also acknowledged his shop hit my vehicle with something to cause scratches on the back driver side of the vehicle. Still even after hitting my vehicle they used some sort of spray paint or paint substance to try to cover it up (wheels and vehicle body) as if I wouldn't notice.. (it was extremely noticeable and probably more so than if they would have just left it as is.) Erik would constantly and immediately get extremely defensive, ignorant, would talk over us,hang up on us, and presented himself in an arrogant tone where HE felt inconvenienced for US having selected his shop, spent our money at his shop and now them having him fix what THEY damaged. You would think that a shop that has such "high reputation" would be able to own up to their mistakes, their lack of craftsmanship and correct a situation but instead they give the impression they have purchased their reviews and had the truck scene build their name. Save your time, AND YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY, go elsewhere. read more

First let me say, there is no substitute for good service. There just isn't! We came at the end of the day, and it was a holiday weekend. Had some trouble with our rims we brought in. Got them repaired and then left the lot. We got down the street and had an issue. The team came to meet us, helped us get back to the shop, then replaced our rims and tires. There were 4 gentlemen and the owner there working after hours to make sure we could leave and be safe and happy with the services and products we received before starting our holiday weekend. The owner went out of his way to take care of us. I would recommend based on the service recovery and customer service 100x over! Very impressed! read more

Definitely agree with reviews. This is not a great tire rim shop. Communication is pretty terrible and don't try and buy any time because you won't get a straight answer on what is available and how much. I only could get genetic answer of$1600-2200. Meanwhile I'm trying to purchase now but still can't get direct answer. I admire the 2 young guys who own the business but they might be a little over there heads. Be prepared to wait around forever. Taking a look around they have a huge selection of rims! The reason for my visit was not about rims, but about repairing some curb rash that I had scraped against he curb. The first time I swang by Eric was a real pleasant guy on the phone, and very professional. I am very picky with my ride, and explained to him exactly what I wanted and he was more then willing to answer any questions I had. Well once I picked up the vehicle, I took a look at the wheel and they did such a good job I couldn't even tell where it was repaired!!!! I was amazed and super happy!! FINALLY I could rest knowing my wheel was repaired. A few months later I swiped a curb again, and I contacted Eric. He took real good care of me, and I believe the other gentleman's name was Christian was very professional and even remembered my car too! I knew exactly what kind of we all I wanted for my 2018 GMC Yukon XL. I stopped by ice cream Wheels & Tire And within a few minutes they were able to find the exact size wheel I wanted. They recommended some tires and with in a few minutes they took a very small deposit and had my wheels available to install within a few days. These guys are funny but they're all about business. I bought tire 1 year ago, I was a week out of the 1yr manufactured warranty and all my tire cracked on the inside and outside of the sidewall.. you guys acted like I was inconveniencing you because I had a defective tire.. I ended up buying 4 new tires against my will because ice cream wheel were willing to do nothing for me after spending over $3000 dollars in a year.. now my tire pressure sensor is not working properly immediately after I left from getting new tires and I came back immediately to get this issue resolved and they told me they cannot do anything about it..
