Upon questioning him today he said it was a 5% charge for using a credit card and he's been doing that for a while and it's listed in the fine print which I didn't see paying over the phone and then he pointed to a tiny sign on the wall and seem to dance around with excuses about he wishes he didn't have to do that and he's been doing this for a while. This was very dishonest and I'm wondering what else they're being sneaky about . They just lost a family of customers.

They upgraded me to a high flow converter, 2-1/2" exhaust system (up from 2-1/4") and a hi performance muffler. The did a beautiful job and the muffler has a nice burble to it that is not obnoxious. I recently had the front end of my 2016 Honda Accord inspected after replacing my tire. Jeremy reported that the struts were original and worn but not blown or leaking. Although replacement was not absolutely necessary, he noted doing so could improve ride quality and handling. I opted for the improved handling. He also reported that the front brakes were causing shimmy so I followed his recommendation and replaced the pads and rotors. The car handles noticeably better at highway speeds, which is important to me.
