I love Marselli Precision. Jesse the owner came highly recommended by a friend. We had many issues with our BMW M5 and Jesse was able to resolve all of them. The entire experience was a pleasure. I love Suzanne at the front desk, she is the first point of contact and extremely knowledgeable. This woman knows how to run a business, and epitomizes what customer service should be. I was treated very professionally, Jesse showed me several issues in the car, and to help me better understand he actually had me walk to the back of his shop and showed and explained what was wrong. Several times I was able to relax and nap in the comfy and super clean waiting area during my shorter service appointments. I drive to this shop from Avon and it is worth my time knowing we are in good hands. Jesse has been awesome giving me free advice over the phone, on my other car when local shops tried to feed me BS. Fantastic Service and even better technical expertise!! I was in Connecticut on business when my vehicle presented a code. I looked up a few garages and found some "real" reviews on this shop. I called ahead and the woman working the front desk took my info and patiently listened to the troubles I was having. I explained that I was from out of town and she said she would talk to the owner and get right back to me. About ten minutes later the owner called me back telling me to bring the truck right in and he would confirm what he thought was wrong. I brought the vehicle in and in about the time for me to go to lunch and back he had the problem identified and parts were on there way. In short, after listening to his explanation of the problem, it was apparent that he and or his crew were on there game. He must put in some serious time to train his people as they operated so smoothly through the process. I felt like I was at the dealership without the high cost of dealership labor. WORST SERVICE I HAVE EXPERIENCED EVER AT ANY AUTOMOTIVE SHOP IN CT. After being told it would only take a week to fix the car it had been sitting in the shop for over TWO weeks UNTOUCHED even though they had the parts for over a week. Today we go to the shop, we walk in and are greeted by Jesse, the owner of the shop, "What do u need out of the car" we CALMLY tell him we don't need anything out of the car WE NEED THE CAR ITSELF!! He rudely tells us the car will not be ready until next week. I explain that this is ridiculous and it shouldn't be taking 3+ weeks for a car to get fixed when u have had the parts for over a week. As we were walking out to leave I took a picture of the shop as I planned on writing a review, that is when Jesse started freaking out and attacking us verbally calling us names and saying he will no longer work on the car and to take it else where. He then proceeded to have 2 of his employees push the car out of the shop and placed the new engine right next to the car and told us to get it off of his property. We left and called AAA who sent a tow truck out to pick up the car as we were waiting Jesse then comes outside again this time taking pictures and videos of us saying he is going to post them and that he's calling the cops. The cops show up and basically agree that this is the most absurd thing and a waste of their time. The cops were nice and understanding and helped get all of our parts back and recommended that we contact the DMV dealer repair division which is being taken care of as we speak! read more
