Just wanted to give a shout out to Lorenzo and the team down at Eastside Motoring. I was looking…read morefor a jeep during quarantine and this place was by far, hands down, the best people I worked with. The car was amazing, the service and communication was amazing. Lorenzo made it really easy for my to work with him and purchase the car . No games, and helped with some repairs after the purchase within my 30 days warranty. THANK YOU EVERYBODY!

I strongly do not recommend this dealership…read more I purchased a vehicle that had severe issues immediately, making it undriveable the day I got it home. On top of that, I was promised the car had an automatic starter would be activated through the app once I bought the car -- that turned out to be completely false. The day after I purchased the vehicle, my salesman stopped responding to texts, calls, and emails (still nothing, after months of trying). I received zero communication. I had to physically go back to the dealership just to get anyone to acknowledge the situation. When the car finally went to their mechanic, the experience got worse. The mechanic was at least responsive, but complained about how expensive the repairs were and talked about trying a series of cheap, temporary fixes just to send me home -- even admitting they didn't think those fixes would work. I had the car in and out of the shop for the same problem at least 5 times without a fix. One time when I went in, I found my salesperson and asked why he hadn't responded for months. He said he was busy out having fun and partying because he doesn't have kids and has freedom, so he didn't get to return my call. He told me he would escalate to the owner... this happened twice and I continued to get no response and nothing from the owner For the first six months of ownership, my car was in the shop about half the time. I finally got in touch with the owner on my own and brought up the false promises about features. He just said everything was my fault and I should have known. He eventually offered to add the automatic starter, only if I paid half. Then instead of doing that, he completely stopped responding to my emails, texts, and calls, just like everyone else there Now I'm left with a car that I was unable to drive for months, that I've had to pour more money into after purchase, and had to pay for uber rides back and forth to their shop to get my car for repairs that didn't work. Avoid this dealership at all costs. You're honestly better off buying from Facebook Marketplace than dealing with this level of service.

I spent over $3000 to rebuild the rear-end of my Tundra. Less than 4000 miles later the rear axle…read moreseals are leaking, and they won't stand behind their work. Enough said.

I called to have my driveshafts one for the main drive shaft of the truck and a smaller one for…read morethe front 4 wheel drive repaired / rebuilt / or replaced if needed. they were cordial on the phone and seemed good to talk to.. So I brought them in and said that I wanted to have them do anything they had to do to them done to make them right. And I wanted them balanced . Cost was not a problem I just wanted them done properly. I asked if they should just make new ones especially regarding the longer shaft which was the main drive shaft because it was in seemingly such bad condition it looked to me like for what they would need to do to make it right it wouldn't be worth it. He said no.So I trusted his word and opinion and accepted his answer. One of the employees checked the yoke spline shaft wear on the rear differential side of the larger rear shaft and said it would need to be cut off and replaced because it had to much play in it . I said ok just do whatever it takes to make it right. again I was willing to pay for a good job . I never asked to take any shortcuts. I left them and when I went to pick them up the old spline was on it ( just greased) and they pieced together a new coupling on one end and just replaced the u joints and repaired the ball in the double cardan joint. of the rear driveshaft. The front driveshaft they just replaced the u joint. Well there was no balancing done and they looked terrible. not cleaned or anything. I naively took them and put them in the truck and now I have a vibration that's at a different point of what it was. I paid over 450.00 dollars for the repairs for these.I would stay away from this place. Obviously they could care less about the customer. And I want to make it absolutely clear that I said do whatever it takes for whatever it cost do do the work properly. I never questioned any price or tried to get anything for a low cost. I just wanted a good job done. The person who owns the garage that does my repairs for me who recommended them to me is furious and will not do anymore business with them anymore, nor will he recommend them to any of his other customers.
