Took them forever to make them once they collected my old screens and now this... I called, spoke with the sweet woman who answers the phone, and I was told they would contact me back after receiving my email and pictures and phone call, yet I got no reply despite several attempts to get someone back out to fix them! They seemed so wonderful with all the good reviews, but I had a terrible experience! I know thats not the end of the world, people make mistakes, but it goes a long way when a company will honor their product, but they won't. They have not been in my windows but a couple of months and every time there is a storm or large gust of wind, we have to climb the ladder to our 2nd story to put them back in! Avoid!! You have been warned. I am filing a BBB claim at this point. Super frustrating...over 1.5k for a ill fitting item!

When I walked in the office, the lady at the counter said, "I haven't seen one of those in years!" I asked her if she thought mine could be repaired. She went into the work area and asked a young man if he could come out and take a look. He did and suggested a large spline be used to refasten the sun screen material. Took him all of five minutes to fix the screen and said there was no charge since it was for my church. When is the last time that has happened?? Overall a very nice encounter with folks who want to help and know their stuff. I told them I'd be bringing my screens in for repair in the not too distant future. Nice folks and eager to assist!!

After my initial inquiry, Nick came by the next day, took the measurements and with 24 hours I had an estimate. After I finalized my material color selection I had the work scheduled. The day of the work the crew arrived one half hour EARLY (when does ANY contractor show up early?). The three man crew led by Steve with Ronnie and Keith worked with great diligence, and were done by 4pm. The overall finish of my new flooring is excellent, the amount of custom cutting for molding and transitions due to the layout of my home was first class, the place was cleaned up with no debris, the whole thing was just great. In all my years as a home owner, I've never seen anything like. I have additional flooring work to complete, and no doubt I'm having Dominion come back to do it. Highly recommend.

When we told him we just wanted advice on floor options, he insisted they needed to come to our house with a group of people to check it out first no matter what. We explained we didn't need that, but he kept insisting he needed to visit our home. We didn't appreciate how pushy he was and how unheard we felt so we left.
