I've been seeing Dr. Chen for over a year as my Dr. was not comfortable prescribing any pain medication even though I have been on it for over 19 years. My last appointment was in December. I was supposed to have one in Jan 26th, however I was called and told that I would not be able to get one until March so they gave me a refill till then. April comes and no appointments. I called twice to let them know I hadn't been seen, and my medications were nearly depleted. I was told that they best they could do was give me an appointment July 15th. I explained that one of my medications side effects was a mood booster, and that I have been warned multiple times, by multiple doctors not to stop it suddenly. Well that didn't matter to the scheduling department. July 15th was the best she would do for me. This staff happily let and my family suffer though the misery of the withdrawal symptoms that led to 2 urgent care and an emergency visit. Again Dr. Chen is amazing. Scheduling staff couldn't give a care if you died.

When I reported this to my attorney, the clinic claimed one charge was a facility fee--even though it was equal to the cost of the surgical procedure. Be very careful. These excessive charges can significantly reduce your final settlement and net recovery. Based on my experience, this clinic's billing practices felt unprofessional and unethical.

They go out of their way to make you feel comfortable & they really help you heal quicker. When my daughter needed PT, I told her to try this place & she was so impressed. She was in so much pain it hurt her to walk. Within 3 visits she could walk again. MY daughter put it very well when she said these Dr's help you get your life back & it actually helped her family, because now she could be the Mom she needed to be. She could take the kids to a park or push them on a swing. I highly recommend Prime. Therapy & pain center & I would not go anywhere else.

Did you schedule at such and such location? And more. After leaving 2 messages over 3 weeks ago, my Care Coordinator made an online appointment for me. Oh, she's not allowed to. So I made an appointment at the location I wanted , since I'd be in the area. Day before I got another text message with the same question as the prior week, so I sent referral. The week before I text the letter they sent me, "we've been trying to reach you." Ha! Their response? You should have told us you got a letter. Oh my! It's my fault now?!?! Their sinister service of helping with repeated failed attempts on my end for an appointment, was truly a huge let down and upset. I was done. As you can see on my typos. Their 101 questions don't cut it! I was approved. I made an appointment for the open slot on their website for the location I wanted, Moreno Valley. Nope! I've seen three other neurologists and she has been by far the best experience. She is incredibly thorough, brilliant, and so kind/compassionate. She really listens and explains everything. She came up with a great plan of action for me and I'm happy to say that just a month after seeing her for the first time, my near daily head pain and very frequent migraines are drastically reduced.
