I went in, and the host took my name and phone number due to the place being busier than usual, within the hour, the host contacted me via a phone text message to let me know that the table was ready. Tge place has a bar and a nice table setup with a romantic vibe. I was quickly seated along with my friend and the waitress, came over quickly. I ordered a drink and a few appetizers which included the satay chicken and the beef tips. The appetizers were filling and a great item to be shared. The beef tips were were tender and the chicken came with a great sauce. The waitress was very attentive and friendly. I will plan on coming back again.

You can see the strength of the BYC community as patrons know each other, are talking about their lives and yoga experiences, and feel at ease asking for support or expressing themselves to the owner and lead teachers. All of the teachers are BYC are highly adept and in tuned with the needs of the yoga community. The lead YTT teacher is knowledgeable in all things yoga. Her calm and encouraging demeanor made her very approachable to talk all things yoga-and beyond! She became a mentor and friend throughout the program. The program was clearly defined and outlined at the beginning of the YTT program. Students had clear expectations of what we were learning, work load, and schedule expectations. While the program was rigorous, we were supported as human beings with real lives, families, etc., first and foremost. I appreciated how the owner of the studio was YTT certified himself, and could talk about all things yoga with students. He reflected on his own experiences and understood what we were going through. He works closely with his experienced yoga teachers to ensure YTT students receive the best and most thorough training and positive experience. You can tell he puts a lot of effort and work into making the studio a safe haven for people of all levels. When you participate in yoga teacher training, you get so much more than just yoga. You become a part of the BYC family. The closeness and bonds that you build in YTT go beyond the training. I know that I have lifelong friends from this experience. I feel confident and well prepared after graduating from this program. You truly can walk into any studio and be a confident teacher of a variety of yoga classes. THANK YOU, BYC!!!

Coco was excellent and talked us through educating me anyway with the how's and why's for each movement. I was extremely relaxed afterwards. Look forward to more classes with her. I called from out of town and described the floral bouquet (pink, white, yellow and a small amount…read moreof blue) I would like delivered to my sister in their area. I was assured their designer would do a good job and assemble what I asked for. Instead a yellow orchid PLANT no mixed colors was delivered and I was supposed to be satisfied because it was an "upgrade". When I called and complained, I was told they would go out there and pick up the plant and deliver a new vase of florals. I thought that seemed tacky now late in the day. I said do not go out there, and asked for a refund, they eventually said ok. Then they arrived at my 92 year old sister's house at 8:00pm at night and said they were there to take back her flowers. Can you believe anyone would do this on someone's 92nd birthday??? I am sickened. What I ordered for$120 was not delivered and I was told why should they pay for it and not me. Because you are the seller who did not deliver what you said you would that's why. I am stunned at their treatment of my sister and myself. I am not new to retail, I was a top producer at BLOOMINGDALES, and I find this unacceptable and frankly CHEAP.I personally think an upgrade would have been additional flowers to the bouquet not a switch. Those orchids or very similar, are in every grocery store in California.

I went to the Brighton specialty center today to have a hydrogen breath test performed. It is a…read moreprocedure that takes approximately two hours. The staff was so inviting and so kind to me. It was a little chilly in the room so I was offered a warm blanket. And then when I was still cold, they gave me another warm blanket. Each time they came into the room, which was every 15 minutes, they always had a smile on their face. When the procedure was over, the nurse was kind to let me know what to expect next and how many days to wait for the results before it would show up on my portal. If you have a procedure to be done, it's worth the drive out to Brighton. I love it every time I come out to this facility.

Reception staff at the blood draw were incredibly rude and possibly racist as they were rude about…read moremy wife's name because it is foreign. They gave her attitude after she spelled her last name. The same receptionist ignores me when I spell my name so it takes like 3-4 minutes extra before she actually decides to listen to what I'm saying. If I were the u of m I would retrain some of your staff in customer service. The care once you get past reception is great. The physical therapists are amazing and so helpful. The biggest issues are the long wait times made worse by inefficient and rude staff.

The menu offers a lot of delicious options, and both my husband and our friend loved the Buttermilk Fried Chicken. I ordered the Salmon, which was okay. The Spanish Coffee was one of the best I've had. Unfortunately, the biggest disappointment was how my food allergies were handled. I had included my dietary restrictions in our reservation and also called the restaurant the night before to make sure they could accommodate me. I was reassured after they checked with the kitchen that most items on the menu could be modified to work within my restrictions. Based on that conversation, I felt comfortable keeping our reservation. Since we were dining with others for a birthday celebration, I had hoped the information from my reservation and phone call would have been communicated to our server so I wouldn't need to go through all of my restrictions again at the table. Instead, I had to explain everything during dinner. Because the restaurant is extremely loud and the tables are packed closely together, our server had to stand across the table from me, which meant having to discuss my allergies loudly in front of our entire party and the surrounding tables. It was an uncomfortable and awkward situation. What was most frustrating, however, was then being told that my options were essentially limited to a protein and green beans. This was a far cry from what I had been told the night before that the kitchen could modify most items on the menu to accommodate me. I completely understand that not every restaurant can accommodate every allergy or dietary restriction, and I don't expect them to. My concern is that I specifically called ahead for this reason and relied on the information I was given. Had I been told beforehand that my options would be so limited, we simply would have chosen another restaurant where I could enjoy a nice meal along with everyone else for my husband's birthday. For anyone dining with significant food allergies or restrictions, I would recommend getting very specific information about what can actually be accommodated before making a reservation.
