Rex Glass has a lot of very nice custom glass solutions. I asked for a call back to set up an appointment for measuring and for the rep to give me options. I waited almost 2 weeks since there and no one ever called me back. Too bad the customer service in the store was fantastic, But i never got to use them as no one called me back??? I went with another glass manufactuer. I give the in store customer service 4 stars as he was extremely helpful. Unfortunately as far as i am concerned i gave Rex 1 star as they never called me back for an appointment. overall i am tossing up 2 & 3 stars?????? I will give them 2 stars as i can not rate there service or the measuring service.

Stopped in Southside Glass the other week for the first time to get a piece of glass cut for a…read morelarge picture frame I had. The gentleman at the front desk was very rude to me and had an attitude from the start. Not sure if he was the owner. Any questions I asked about the process (since it was my first time there) he gave me attitude and acted like me being there was a bother. I decided to leave without getting the work done. I wasn't going to spend my money there after being treated that way. I went up the street a couple blocks to Miller Ace Hardware and got the glass cut for my frame without any trouble and they were so helpful. I have a few other frames that I need glass cut for and I will not be taking them to Southside Glass. I love supporting small businesses but you can't treat your customers that way.

Very reasonably priced, it's been 3months on frameless shower glass installed so far so good…read more I would of have them 5 stars but they told be 4 - 6 weeks on the install they came on the Friday of the 6 weeks. Don't tell someone 4 weeks of that in not the case. That just really bother me. It's a shame too but I really like everyone I work with and the install team was in and out. I would still recommended using them just know it's going to take longer than you may want it too

Do not use this business. I had them replace a glass window that was broken. After multiple…read moreerrors in measuring the glass to create the replacement. They broke the glass at their location. I had to wait until another replacement could be cut. Once the glass was finally installed the glass cracked again. The installer blamed it on the weather and would not stand behind their work. They wanted to charge me the same price again for the repair. The owner claimed it was a discount as the prices had gone up. No thank you. Please save yourself a headache and go someplace else. Don't make the same mistake that I made.
