Wosrt service ever. Lets see were to begin. First off we ask for separate bills didnot happen. Took an hour for our food to come and the couple me and my fiance were with didn't get there's till 20 min after we did. No one asked how we were doing or if we needed drinks . Then when we asked to speak to the manager the lady acted like she was the manager. Then said the manager was busy . Then when we asked a thirdtime . She rolled her eyes and walked away. The bartender came over ssaying he was the manager . As we told him the iissues we had he tryed to play it off that it was our fault . Then said hel go talk to the chief when it had nothing to do with the chief and walked right back to the bar and didn't even talk to anyone and completely ignored us like nothing happened . Very unprofessional and had his shirt buttoned half way up. Then I asked for the check . And it was all messed up . I didn even want the waiter to take my card . Eaten here several times. Very nice facility - redone bank lobby very beautifully and skillfully converted into a restaurant. Unfortunately the food is at best two stars. Have dined in several times and gotten take out several times as well. Most recently was 1/11/16. Order MuShu Pork and crab rangoon. Unfortunately I did not check my bag before I left - no pancakes in the bag (MuShu should come with pancakes/crepes) I enjoy chinese mustard with rangoon and it was included but in came in a plastic pouch (first time I have gotten this type of mustard in a pouch). I like the spicy mustard - well this mustard was yellow but that was about all it had going for it - not a hint of the traditional spiciness that I like - I might as well have been eating the plastic pouch. Maybe they saved a penny or two with the pre-portioned mustard but it is worthless. The Mu Shu was heavy on the cabbage light on the pork. I did get an eel roll and that was good but overall I was disappointed and over time the food has been getting worse. read more

This was a much anticipated restaurant visit but I wasn't impressed. The sushi selection was decent but my order wasn't made the way I asmed. This happens and I wasn't mad, hut it took quite a while for them to replace it. I ended up having it packed up to bring home. I will try again for the regular menu but probably not the sushi again. read more

I really like the combo plate here. You get a lot of food at a great price. Their sushi boat for 2 is also really good. The sweetheart roll is my favorite. Their drinks are strong and delicious. Service has also been good every time. read more

Growing up in the Dudley area and having lived in many parts of the country (California, Colorado, etc.), I was incredibly happy to see such an upscale restaurant in my "home town area". From the ambiance to the food, it rivals many of the finer restaurants I've experienced in my many travels (and I travel 3 - 4 nights a week throughout the country for my job - thus I eat out more than I care to admit) -and at a VERY reasonable price. I would highly recommend, and will definitely enjoy again when I'm in the area. read more

Been here a few times. Sushi has always been great. Chinese food items are a hit or miss. Bar is nice. Drinks are good.

Even though the food wasn't bad, I watched our waiter rub and pick his nose several times prior to serving us dinner. Will never return.

they have really good food but they are super inconsistent when you order. i've only ever gotten take out there and while it is good, they mess up my order a LOT. i live kinda far away so its never worth driving back to get it. the catsu chicken is really good but its incredibly frustrating to come home to food that you didn't order. read more

I go to this place all the time and love it. This is by far the best Chinese food in town. They also offer sushi which is great and Webster has been needing a good place for sushi for some time. Place is nice and cozy inside with friendly service. They also have a delivery company that they use to offer delivery which is awesome. Now I don't have to go out to get me favorite food. Cute atmosphere of a bank turned restaurant, clean. But sometimes the service is slow, and while most of the food is good, the lo mein has started to taste like it is cooked in old oil (!?) and other items taste like the were frozen meals microwaved. But they do have excelled crab Rangoon! read more

Has been my go to Chinese restaurant since they opened. The last 3 times I purchased take out, my experiences have gotten progressively worse. Tonight's meal was the final straw! The pork in the egg foo young was repulsive. It was fatty, chewy and certainly old. I could have overlooked that but they changed the crab rangoons (probably to save 2 cents) and they are awful. BEST Chinese food restaurant in the area, and maybe even beyond!! The food is fresh and clean tasting, and the service was very good. I was completely surprised by the value you get, with a very reasonable price for both the food and drinks. The atmosphere is relaxing, and the interior design is very nice. I recommend and tell people about it, when the opportunity comes up, and those that have tried it agree with me. We only go there now, when we are talking about having chinese food. read more

Went to eastern pearl for our tradition Chinese on Christmas Eve. It was our first visit and won't be our last based on the food. But for what ever reason they made us wait one hour and a half for our food! With a three year old !! Everyone around us were getting there's... The take outs were blasting out at say one every three minutes or more but our simple order wasn't coming out. Our waitress was very apologetic but still no food it wasn't until she was told five minutes and we are leaving did food start to arrive.... And at that most of us were finished eating when my husbands meal arrived.... It was very good and we will go back but what ever the kitchen had against our server was apparent as it was her tables suffering with few tables it was so obvious to the eat ins! The worst experience ever. The staff does a horrible job at customer service. I have never written a negative review but feel compelled to after this experience. One person in our party was served their lunch when the appetizers were brought out then 3 other people in our party were served together and one person was left without their food. We assumed the waitress was bringing it so we waited and waited and waited. She didn't even come back so we flagged down another waiter.... he did not return so we flagged down another....nope no response. I finally got up and went to the front counter and asked for the manager. I was told he was in the basement...huh?! Finally, someone came over and said our waitress forgot to submit the order.....she still hasn't come back. Everyone was done eating when the final order was brought out. The response was sorry and not a very convincing sorry either. The food was served lukewarm. I won't bother ever going back. The bill can get large here and I would rather spend my money at an establishment that has good food AND good service. read more
