They were supposed to come once a month to check for pests and deal with them. Unfortunately, they do not seem to have enough techs to service all their customers. This is not what we were told when we spoke to the salesman. For $175 a month you would expect the most destructive pest would be covered. I can't recommend this company.

Critter Control was able to stop by quickly to give a quote for removal/repair within a day or two and then was able to immediately start the work to remove the squirrels and cover up the holes they made within two business days.
