They were supposed to come once a month to check for pests and deal with them. Unfortunately, they do not seem to have enough techs to service all their customers. They "cancelled" the second monthly service without informing us. When we asked when they would be out to spray for ants they said we were not covered for ants. This is not what we were told when we spoke to the salesman. For $175 a month you would expect the most destructive pest would be covered. I can't recommend this company.

We have put everything food away into bins and we are very careful about what we're leaving out. Even down to the food for the dog has to be put away. Every single one of our traps has broken and the mouse is able to get out. They say they will be back. They don't come back for weeks and they don't even bring the stuff.
