DO NOT EAT AT EASTON PIZZARIA!!! I ordered lunch from there and my fries were cold. He tols mw that he could heat them up in the microwave. Then asked the Cashier/Manager to please make me fresh fries. He said, "Oh, you want to order more fries?". I said. "No. I want you to make me fresh fries." He said that he couldn't do that. It's not my fault that you picked up your order late. I told him that life happens and my appointment ran late. He then said, "It's not my fault. It's your fault. I can't do anything." Then I said that I wanted a refund and he said that he couldn't do it. He then proceeded to ask me if I thought that this was right because he was loosing money for this, and I said yes because I had been in customer service for years, and a manager. I also reminded him that he should have better customer service. He then proceeded to tell me that he would pay for the fries. I told him OK that's your choice. Then he told me that he could not serve me food any longer. I told him that was fine and he continued to argue with me. He finally gave up, snatched my box, and walked into the kitchen. After a few minutes, he came out aggressively and threw my box on the counter. I said thank you I said thank you and asked for another bag, and he said that I could use the one that was ripped in half. I told him that I couldn't use it because it was ripped. He told me again that he would not serve me food anymore in a very nasty way. I told him that that was fine, but I'm going to give him a very bad review. He looked at me and said,"oh you're that type?" I told him that he was very rude and his customer service was bad. He then told me to go ahead and do that. Then I told him that if I post this, then he will definitely lose money. He then walked away and ran into the kitchen and spoke something in Spanish to his coworkers. The food sucked in the first place. I've ordered from them before and things were good. But obviously, I will never go there again! By the way, dude, yo Hablo Español. So I know what he said in the kitchen. He's lucky that I remain polite, but assertive. I could have spoken to him in Spanish, but it wouldn't have been very nice. But I'm not gonna stoop to his level. So please boycott Easton pizzeria. No one should have to argue for 20 minutes with a person just to get their order right! read more

Got their menu in the mail yesterday and decided to try it out. What a pleasant experience! Our food was ready in 15 minutes for pick up. The Fettuccine was excellent and the portion was too large for me to finish. It came with what they called a "small" side salad. The lettuce was amazingly fresh and the salad was not "small." The Tiramisu was great! (My favorite desert.) I am now trying to decide what to have tonight, because they have a new regular customer! read more

I've only eaten here twice but both times I wasn't disappointed. I've read other reviewers complaints and can see where the sauce could be improved but honestly it's not worth complaining about. It has a few chunks of tomatoes in it, very little spice but for some that might be a plus if you have stomach issues. There is lots of seating, bet you could seat a party of 15 without issue. Lunch service was quick and friendly. Asked for extra sauce for my meatball hogie and there was no hesitation or up charge. Bottom line is I enjoyed the food and I'll be back for a 3rd time at least! read more

Very decent place, good service, average food (what you'd expect) good curbside pickup service, no complaints really on my end

Ordered dinner for four for delivery. When the food arrived ($40!) we tipped the driver well. Once we opened the bag, we realized that was a mistake. One of the meals was missing. When we called, they said the driver had the meal and would be back in 10-25 minutes. After another 45 minutes, we called back and were hung up on. The food that did arrive was undercooked, and soggy at the same time. The Greek salad had extra things that it shouldn't have (onions and mushrooms). There are other pizza places in town that have much better food and service. Move on. read more

This was the worst delivery meal I've had in the 23 years that I've lived in Easton! If this is how they've become due to the current economic situations in the country, then I'll NEVER eat there again. The portions were half of what they normally are regardless of the fact that I ordered EXTRA meat on the two Gyros I ordered. The two of them together didn't make up ONE of how they used to come in the past. The fish sandwiches for my folks consisted of a small single fillet that didn't even cover the Keiser it was on. The tomato on the fish sandwiches were hard and pale. The mayonnaise on the sandwiches was non-existent. I reiterate ...The worst meal from them I have ever received! We stopped in for a late lunch and had a great pizza . Antonio was very friendly and gave us excellent service.

This was my first time trying this pizzeria. I got the pizza, a cheese steak, fries and chicken tenders. The pizza had very good crust and cheese. However, sauce was "harsh" and didn't meld well with the pizza. The pizza is NY style and the crush is perfectly foldable. They charged me a "service fee" of 6.99 and I have NO idea what that is for. My order of food was $31 and my total bill was $50! I also got a cheese steak which was ok. I give you this restaurant a 3/5. Definitely worth a try! read more

I was staying at a local hotel and found out they deliver . So I place my order and appx 35 min later my order arrived . I ordered their special a two topping pizza . I enjoyed the crust it was nice and chewy. The sauce was a little to sweet for my liking but still was a good pie . I prefer buying from local as to a chain . Would I order again , most likely . Number two I ordered wings .. they were as good as any wings from any place.. the Stromboli however lacks texture from the dough it needs to be thinner and not so over worked.. I am very upset over our food delivery. After waiting for a delivery we did not get our full order. I tipped well. We called to say that we didnt get a quesadilla. We were told that the delivery person got from Eaton to Oxford i a matter of 3 minutes. We then waited another 30 minutes. I called and asked what was going on and what was taking so long and i wanted to speak with a manager. I was spoken to rudley and when i called back and asked for the manager i was left on hold. Was i rude well yes after i was told that if that make a frexh one we eould wsit another 45 minutes because thats the way its done. Well ooooh no thats not a way to treat a customer who already waited 45 minutes before not getting their entire order... well I'm just saying and that is my opinion. read more

we have used easton pizzeria in the past and were satisfied, however, this time the service was totally unacceptable! i ordered a pizza for a neighborhood gathering. we were meeting on the patio behind the house. i gave the pizzeria specific directions for the delivery which included the patio location. the pizza was not delivered. the subsequent conversation with the worker at the pizzeria claimed that the deliverer said we were not on the patio [we were], so he called several times, but since no one answered he claimed that he left the pizza on the front porch. there was no pizza on the porch and there were no missed phone calls recorded on my phone! unfortunately, no zero rating is allowed, but that is what this experience earned! read more

I was looking for something different in a pizza in Easton Online service was easy product was delivered on time My overall impression was that there was plenty of meat and vegetables on the pizza which was nice. The problem is the pizza had no flavor possibly because there's too much meat topping but also many of the vegetables were under cooked or uncooked , bacon was undercooked which led me to be concerned that maybe the rest of the meats might be undercooked as well The pizza crust was way undercooked overall a lot of value for your money but just not a good pizza read more

My first experience with Easton Pizza was a pleasant surprise. We've been looking for a pizza place in Easton that had that something extra that makes the difference between really creating pizzas and just preparing pizzas. I placed a order for delivery totaling $52.81 and it was supposed to be delivered by 7:55 pm.. it's now 9:17pm and I've called the store to find out if they need me to pick it up ect to no avail.. no answer & no answering machine. It's my sons birthday and was treating him to a meal from Easton pizzeria but now I'm out $52.81 and have to wait till tomorrow to get all this bullshit sorted out.. I'll never order from them again. It's cool if they couldn't deliver it, im in a customer service oriented business and I'm a reasonable gal.. I woulda happily picked it up and still gave a tip.. but take my money with no call, no show and no food.. fuck that.
