A friend suggested we meet there for lunch. I had not been before. Inside it was large and open, with a warehouse kind of a vibe. My friend ordered the lasagna and salad, which they'd had before and enjoyed. I was torn between the shrimp scampi and the 7 Fishes, which both sounded wonderful. I ordered the shrimp scampi, which came with asparagus "tips" and "fresh" tomatoes. The server asked if I would prefer angel hair to the spaghetti it comes with. I thought angel hair was a given for scampi, but I said yes, angel hair please. When the server brought our food and put my plate down in front of me, I can only describe the feeling as disappointment. It was a pile of mush with a few shrimp on top. It was spaghetti, not angel hair, and it had been cooked to death and was water logged. Same with asparagus and tomatoes, which were also cooked to death to the point where they were unrecognizable and tasteless. There was not one asparagus tip; rather, it was tiny chopped bits of mushy stalk. I couldn't tell if the red mush was tomato or red pepper. The shrimp were seasoned well and tasted good, but they were also a bit overcooked. Everything else was tasteless. Once the server brought our food, she didn't come back until we were done. She then noticed all my spaghetti noodles and asked why I didn't say something about it not being angel hair. I was like, because you didn't come back! I ate the shrimp out of it and took the pasta home with me. I put it in a skillet on the stove top and added herbs and spices and was able to evaporate some of the water out of the noodles. What I made out of it was fantastic. I would go again if someone else wanted to go there, but I think the key is to order something that's hard to screw up, like pizza, lasagna, etc. I make better food at home. read more

Updating my review since we've been here a couple more times. Their marinara sauce is the BEST in the area hands down. I usually now always get their meat sauce, it's my favorite in the entire Eshore. My bf didn't like the fettuccine bolognese as it tasted very hamburger helper-y. He LOVES their gnocchi though! Their french fries are SO crispy and salted well. We finished them off a couple minutes after they came to the table. Their pasta fagioli is good too! Was hoping for more after reading the reviews. The food was just average at best, really nothing special. I ordered the lasagna and it was literally crunchy in several locations. I know not to expect the lasagna to be cooked the day I am there but this piece had been there a few days too long. Everyone in our party, all ordering different pasta dishes, had the same critique, it was not bad, but not great Service was not on point, our waitress seemed to have forgotten about us after our food arrived. I gave a dinner for 20 team members on an MS Bike Ride on the Eastern Shore starting in Easton. We had a long table in a nearly separate part of the restaurant. The table was well arranged and ready for our arrival, the serving were large, well made and reasonably priced with most entrees under $20. I noticed this because I paid for everyone. So happy to have found The Spaghetti house. I've been here several times after my realtor recommended I try it after moving to Easton this past summer. Everything I tried has been delicious. Staff all pleasant and spot on. Menu has a lot of great choices. I've tried seafood dishes ~ Salmon over angel hair pasta was better than I've had in expensive restaurants! Italian wedding soup homemade and so yummy. Pizza is best I've found in the area. They even have music on Thursday night. Prices are very reasonable and portions are huge! read more

We stopped by on a Monday around 4 PM...seated immediately and our server, Ali got our drink orders quickly. The restaurant has a clean, contemporary style and friendly yet professional staff. We really didnt expect too much, but the food was excellent, especially the gnocchi gorgonzola. We also had the ravioli and a caprese salad. All were very very good. We were in town for the St. Michaels Half Marathon, and needed to carb load. We were very happy we found this gem. Came here for an early dinner, and was able to get seats without a wait. We ordered wings, spaghetti with meatballs and spaghetti carbonara. The portions were very generous and the food was delicious. I added a bit more salt and Parmesan to my food, but I like that we can adjust the saltiness according to our taste. The restaurant is very good for families, and the waitstaff was attentive. We would definitely return to try other items on the menu next time we're in the area. read more

Food is ok, but overpriced for what it is. Service can be slow, leading to frustration. I would recommend pickup instead or just sticking to their pizza. I order door dash from here all the time(probably twice a week sometimes, I suck at cooking) because it's the best selection on door dash by far. The chicken Marsala with pasta is my favorite, like shockingly delicious. I was expecting another basic pizza place like had been in this location twice before but they have so many more options than that. I can't say much about eating in the restaurant because I never have but it does look cute the one time I picked up in person and the staff was super friendly. In ordering probably 30+ times they have made maybe one minor mistake and they have only gotten more consistent even with my special requests. read more

I've been here at the Spaghetti Factory in Easton 5-6 times since they recently opened. This just the sort of place I like to go. Casual, friendly, good service and great food. The portions are generous and I alway leave with leftovers for lunch at work the next day. It's nice that you can get a decent inexpensive glass of red with your lunch or dinner. I usually get the salmon, or the chicken piccata or Marsala. I always get the caprese salad and a bowl of soup. I think the place is great and I will continue to come back often. read more

We tried it for the first time last night. My husband and I really enjoyed the food and the atmosphere. Every worker we passed said hello to us and service was great. This is by far the best Italian in town. Pizzas are delicious as are the pastas. We have ordered from here five times since they've been open and the food is consistently great. You can tell the ingredients are fresh and everything is homemade. It must be difficult opening a new restaurant during COVID times, but these folks have done a spectacular job. Love to eat in. Every dish has been good, especially the roasted brussel sprouts! We have ordered take out pizza and it travels well to our house 10 minutes away. Today we ordered sandwiches and they didn't travel well. The bread was so hard we couldn't eat it, the french fries were cold and hard and the spaghetti sauce on the kids spaghetti was lumpy. We received the eggplant parm and chicken piccata. Understanding times are tough for food service, we emailed them about the screw up, simply to let them know. Three days later, no acknowledgement. Went for lunch and the staff was friendly and helpful, they were the reason to go back. The food was good but nothing we couldn't find at a dozen Italian restaurants. We liked the fact that, for the most part, the pasta is freshly made on premises. The gnocchi were very good light and bouncy. The marinara sauce was good but could have used a little heat (hot pepper). What was disappointing was finding out that they don't make their own meatballs or sausage. Do yourself a favor, and skip this restaurant. The service is terrible and the food isn't much better. We've gotten two take out orders and neither have been correct. Since our pizza order was incorrect, and we didn't realize it at the time of pick up, they had to remake our pizza and it was not only cooked through, but the cheese was literally cold. I tried to call to let someone, preferably the manager know, and the phone rang for 22 minutes without being answered. I finally just have up! New restaurant growing pains are one thing, but I am not the only one who has had trouble, a few of my friends and co-workers have encountered similar problems. I was so hopeful that this would be a good place, but they have a long way to go if they hope to survive. There are much better places in town to eat. read more

Could I get a zero star! Ordered two garden salads - no kalamata olives. Previously ordered salad with grilled chicken - no chicken. Ordered 18 inch chicken bacon ranch pizza - no bacon or ranch, just dried chicken. Maybe they screw the Door Dash orders since folks can't send them back? Manager said they were short 3 workers in the kitchen, but if this level of quality control is taking place is the stuff even safe to eat??? Maybe SF should send their staff to Chick Fil A school!!!!
