Kindly enough, he personally called me to let me know he was leaving, but not to worry because, he already referred me to another Representative, Melody Willians. She is kind, professional yet, compassionate and was sympathetic to my immediate need of employment. Her dedication overwhelmed my excitement of receiving a job quickly. Melody never gave up and communicated with me always. Where there is no guarantee for employment, Melody kept her word and found me a temporary position, within one week. Its is now up to me to prove myself in my dedication, and hard work. I am so so grateful for this agency, these people who are dedicated and care about others in helping one start their future. Thank you Robert Half, Accountemp, more importantly, Melody Willians!

However, when I arrived, his energy was completely different--none of the friendliness he showed on the phone was there. I provided all the required documents and my reference contacts, completed the process, and left. About an hour later, Aron called saying he 'did not upload' my ID and Social Security card. That was strange because I had definitely handed them to him. Even though I was already across town, I agreed to return. On my way home afterward, I couldn't shake the feeling that something was off. Then I received another call from him--this time reminding me to send my reference information. I texted back, letting him know I had already provided all of that during the appointment. At that point, I started losing confidence. These are basic steps in his role, and the repeated mistakes were concerning. Since then, I haven't heard from him at all. It's been over a month. Every time I reach out, I'm told to 'call next week,' but nothing ever moves forward. I'm not sure why he was so warm and encouraging on the phone--telling me I had very transferable skills--yet acted completely different in person. At this point, I've lost confidence that he's actually trying to place me anywhere. It feels like I was sent back and forth across town for no reason. The entire experience has been extremely disappointing."**

Scale of 1-10.... don't get me started about their North Las Vegas site off Cheyenne and the 15 FWY. Notice that they state that this is a REMINDER ongoing from June 29 2025. STAFFMARK EMAIL: Staffmark Group Hi John, Section 1 of your Form I-9 for Staffmark Group was accepted on June 29 but Section 2 must also be completed and signed by another person no later than 3 days after your first day of work, and you are responsible for completing this process. You can now choose someone to view (in person) the work authorization document(s) you uploaded and then sign your Form I-9. Step 1: Ask someone who is (age 18 or older) and can be physically with you to review your document(s). It is okay to choose a family member or relative. They must have a mobile device with internet access and a web browser. Step 2: Make sure you have your documentation in hand that you uploaded when you filled out the first section of Form I-9. Step 3: When they are with you, with their mobile device, and you have your document(s) in hand, click: Start I-9 Verification To reach a company representative at Staffmark Group directly, please contact HRC@staffmarkgroup.com. MY RESPONSE: I have continuously attempted to complete my I-9. It sends my people and myself on a loop of never-ending start overs and error messages that it can't locate my verifier and just brings us back to sending the text to my people, rinse and repeat. This is an easy fix, Staffmark. I've been to the North Las Vegas office in person, 20 miles from my home because of this in hopes to get my documents to be verified by a Staffmark representative in person, but got turned away and told to go online where the problem is, and that none of your staff is trying to help fix.  This is an easy fix, Staffmark. I've made several attempts to call the NO PHONE ANSWERING, NON PHONE CALL RETURNING employees there, guess what? This is an easy fix, Staffmark. I've given up on you.   Nobody returns my calls and any attempt to go online to contact someone or text them gives me a response of "Contact my Administrator"  Again....   What administrator?   This is an easy fix, Staffmark. But yet I'm now being harassed via emails to finish my I-9's when that is IMPOSSIBLE. This is an easy..... Testing, testing....  Is this email on? Can anybody hear me? Is anyone saying easy fix Staffmark.....? It's a ghost town in North Las Vegas.  I have a digital trail of my issues and non cooperation with you and will now start posting these on Social Media, starting with Facebook, yelp, google reviews. ziprecruiter, glassdoor, Indeed and anyone else that will need to know more about North Las Vegas Nevada's Staffmark and how they REALLY HELP. How about please fix it Staffmark? I don't see how you hire clowns to work in your North Las Vegas Office but absolutely NOBODY is offering to fix the error, will not return my voicemails nor do anything to verify my credentials in person, via zoom, teems, or any video. My phone number is below.  This is an easy fix for Staffmark.  How can I even get a job when your I-9 software works as much as your North Las Vegas Staff?  No tech support. NO NOTHING. I hope I'm the only one with this problem.  But maybe after a few posts, others will come forward also. Thank You John W Ramirez Jr (626) 488-4128

To say that STS is a First-Class Staffing Company is a gross understatement. They are a true rarity and by far the most respectful, intelligent, and passionate staffing agency I've ever encountered. You receive fully individualized treatment and gain instant allies in your often daunting search for the right job. My contacts at STS were Paul and Cindy. They supported and guided me through the hiring process from beginning to end. I truly felt like I had a small army fighting for me. They have an incredibly sharp grasp of industry dynamics and a keen eye for candidate potential. They displayed true professionalism, sagacity and deft interpersonal skills. They work with sincerity and major integrity. They were -fully- accessible. Our communication was top notch- they followed up with me through phone calls, emails, and text messages. It's not surprising that their approach works, and because of them I was hired at a multinational corporation with no glass ceilings. Believe me, you won't find this kind of treatment at 99% of staffers out there. STS is not the kind of company that abandons you in the middle of your job search, nor will they vanish and begin to forward you straight to voicemail (We've all been there). These reps love their jobs and it shows. Major Thanks to Paul and Cindy for their hard work and transparency. My experience was both positive and successful. This company truly sets the standard.
