I provided all the required documents and my reference contacts, completed the process, and left. About an hour later, Aron called saying he 'did not upload' my ID and Social Security card. That was strange because I had definitely handed them to him. Even though I was already across town, I agreed to return. On my way home afterward, I couldn't shake the feeling that something was off. Then I received another call from him--this time reminding me to send my reference information. I texted back, letting him know I had already provided all of that during the appointment. At that point, I started losing confidence. These are basic steps in his role, and the repeated mistakes were concerning. Since then, I haven't heard from him at all. It's been over a month. Every time I reach out, I'm told to 'call next week,' but nothing ever moves forward. I'm not sure why he was so warm and encouraging on the phone--telling me I had very transferable skills--yet acted completely different in person.
