I selected the "flexible" option from the project survey on Yelp. I responded and said my timing was flexible but never heard back. On the plus side, I'm now a client of a competitor on the East Side ( Snoqualmie Suds ). They are responsive, professional and provide great service. I found them from the same Yelp project request.

Of course there is no signage letting people know of this excessive increase (or decrease in time) so you don't find out until you have a basket full of wet clothes. So congratulations, you got an extra $6 from me (more if you count having to use the expensive washers), but I will never be going back so you lost my weekly business.

Decent laundromat. $5.75 per load (or 23 quarters)= yikes! I've never paid more than $3.50 per load…read moreup until now. Dryer cycles? 4 minutes per quarter. Bruh, I know that we are still in the age of Covid, but that is mad expensive. Count also the attendant who is rude enough to not want to change your bills into quarters due to the laundromat's change machine being out of order makes this experience more on the "meh" level. When the attendant wants to work, its like pulling teeth in getting her to assist with anything. I almost felt bad for interrupting her book reading time within the booth in the back (and behind plexiglass) just to ask her a question regarding the machines + obtaining more quarters to spend within this business. Key word is "almost." I'll either wash my clothes at another laundromat, or within my hotel bathtub from now on.

I've used this place a couple of times, usually in a pinch to get laundry done. They are so incredibly friendly and helpful. The laundry machines are straight forward (although getting $20 worth of quarters can be a bit inconvenient) and easy to use. Clean facility, never felt grimy or dirty. And the machines are well kept and cleaned. Would definitely recommend to any one needing to get some loads of laundry done! read more

Wow is the first expression I had when I first stepped in. I felt like I walked in a library/coffee house. So clean, so calm, so hi tech with the card acceptance. Bathroom was clean and there's a sink in the front to use. The music was easy listening and the atmosphere made me want to stay and work from my laptop. This place has a very homey vibe. read more

Honestly I'm really disappointed in this place because I believed the reviews here were promising but I just so happened to witness a mother and his son being treated poorly by one of the staffs here. Based on that, we expected the final charge to reflect that estimate. However, when we came to pick up the dress, we were charged $50 without explanation. When I raised the issue, I was told that estimates can sometimes be wrong, with little apology or accountability. After I paid and left, an employee came outside and told me there had been a mistake -- that the higher charge was because the dress had been cleaned -- and that the correct amount should have been closer to $30. She said a manager would follow up. Later, the manager contacted my wife and contradicted that explanation, saying the dress had not been cleaned and that they only called because I was upset. My wife clarified that we weren't upset about the price itself, but about the constant inconsistencies. This location has given us conflicting information throughout -- from pricing to the services actually performed. It was a frustrating experience overall, and we won't be returning.
