Fine at first BUT a week in I started to experience problems: 1. Camera condensation on both lenses-- my phone was not near any water at work and there was fogging in my camera from the inside. Over time internal corrosion as a result and my phone wouldn't turn on. I NEVER had this issue PRIOR to this repair so WHY are you blaming the customer? 2. Flickering screen-- LCD problem. TELL ME why am I having this already after a recent screen replacement? Paid $50 and took it to a repair shop in Auburn after my phone won't turn on and they said whoever fixed your phone did a CHEAP job and they should do customer service recovery because 1. It wasn't sealed properly and a cheap adhesive was used. and 2. Cheap quality LCD used during replacement. While they offered 250 to repair they thought it'd be more cost efficient for me to pursue service recovery with the original shop. Their customer service was LAUGHABLE: only fix the screen for 209! I rather pay more and get it done at a place that was more honest and less shady! Better yet maybe just get a used phone because the cost is almost as much as my repair.The auburn location even offered a better price if I did choose to pursue them too. HORRIBLE repair and AWFUL customer service!

I went there to fix an issue with my computer's WiFi card and the employee made an unrelated issue…read moremy laptop had with one of its hinges worse, possibly intentionally, and now I'm concerned to even close my laptop again. I came in because the Yelp page says free estimates and I wanted to figure out how much it would cost for them to replace my WiFi card. I had an issue with one of my laptops hinges where part of the plastic is sticking out in the bottom right corner of the monitor because the hinge is partially broken. When the employee and I are talking I say that I'm not here to get the hinge fixed, the employee says it'll get worse, and while we're talking he pulls on the plastic that was sticking out, pulling it out farther than it's ever been for no reason. He also informed me that estimates were not free because I had an internal issue, and that an estimate would cost $99. I left. I couldn't see it well from my angle at the time, but after getting home I see that the hinge problem is much worse and now I have to consider going somewhere else in the hopes that wherever I go next will not damage my laptop to get more money out of me.

Doing research, I found shops online that you could mail your phone to and they had the best pricing. My problem with that, was being without my phone for 7-10 days. You can buy a battery for $25 on eBay or Amazon, it's a 30-minute service, So anyone charging you 3 figures is ripping you off. Especially when you consider as a business, you probably buy batteries by the dozen and probably pay closer to $15 each. Service took 45 minutes, cost me $80. I didn't have to mail anything or go without my phone for a week. Honestly, I only have one knock for these guys, they don't appear to want you in the store. I would have much rather liked to take a seat and wait for my device than be booted and asked to come back in 40 minutes. Funny enough, I had just grabbed a bite, had I known I couldn't wait, I would have dropped the phone first then grabbed my bite to pass the time. Either way, they get 5 stars.
