Most, if not all the employees look and greet you like they don't want to work there. The restroom REEKS like pee and they are DISGUSTING! I will steer away from this location, go at your own risk.

Almost every interaction feels uncomfortable because there is always an attitude, eye-rolling, or rude facial expressions when I ask simple questions or try to get help. As a customer, it honestly feels disrespectful and unnecessary. What upset me the most was seeing how my grandmother, who is in her 60s, was treated. She left crying after feeling yelled at by staff. No customer, especially an older person coming in for healthcare-related needs should leave feeling humiliated or afraid to ask questions. I understand pharmacies can be busy and stressful, but that does not excuse disrespectful behavior toward patients. I genuinely hope management or HR looks into how customers are being treated here because this has been an ongoing issue and the experience has been unacceptable.

We were thrilled to discover Ebisu Life Store had opened in Alhambra because it instantly brought back the Don Quijote (Donki) shopping experience. The store is packed with Japanese snacks, collectibles, cosmetics, household items, and kitchenware, making it easy to browse for hours. I came home from Japan with two suitcases full of goodies, but now I can conveniently restock many of my favorite products. It's a little bit pricier (2-3x) than the usual (of course, the import fees), but it beats flying halfway across the world. lol. Oh! And don't forget to visit the arcade, gotcha and claw machines! My only complaint is how expensive the various plushies/figurines/toys/etc were. They were heavily marked up and it was disappointing as I found a few cool things that I could get cheaper elsewhere. I've been coming here for over a year on and off. They have…read morealways had very long wait times via phone , but this time I called 4 times and waited on hold over 10 mins just to be hung up on each time by the automated system " experiencing issues" When the associate answered your phone to place me on hold, I couldn't even get a word out before the placed me on hold again. One time I was there and the driver window waiting for my prescription and a lady pulled up the lane next to me and I could hear her screaming at the associate that she tried to call them several times and couldn't get a hold of anybody to verify that her daughter could get her medication so she had to drive down there but now I'm looking back. I can see why the lady was so angry and yelling. It's very frustrating to not receive adequate customer service. Do, better Walgreens! at least hire someone to manage phones if the pharmacist and whoever else working, is actually that busy.
