So starting off I was taking my brand new cat in as her first visit anywhere ever, she needed some shots and I wanted to get some bloodwork for her as well. Before we walk in she prices me wrong, she tells me it's supposed to be $205 when the math is did at home told me around $170, I didn't question it until I was right about to put my card in and turns out she charged me for the wrong bloodwork after the fact of everything already being done. So as soon as I walked in, the woman standing in the corner actively getting the vaccines together quite loudly says to another woman "oh! can you grab me the cat vaccines? I accidentally grabbed the dog vaccines." I'm sorry you accidentally grabbed what? The same woman later said something along the lines of "I like using animals as testers for shots". Moving on, not a single person was wearing gloves, all FOUR workers in the room were walking around, eating subway and talking and laughing with each other the entire time. Another thing is I had brought her treats from home and mentioned that when one of the women brought out a squeezable treat, she said "oh that's okay we like to spoil them while they're here" which I was fine with, but my cat didn't like the treat they were giving her anyway. So they were just tapping her face with it and she wasn't eating it. Lastly and arguably MOST unprofessional, I was standing behind the head doctor in the room and he was actively giving my cat a shot WHILE trying to talk to me WHILE also trying to turn around and look at me. YOU SHOULD BE PAYING ATTENTION TO THE SHOT YOURE GIVING MY CAT NOT TALKING TO ME OR ANYONE ELSE. In summary, I will never be coming here again, and I will be calling whatever level of HR I'm able to reach. I would give it 0/5 stars if i could.

Our pit-bull was treated here for his allergies and although we are aware of the stigmas of their breed, vets should be aware that they are going to deal with all sorts of breeds, despite there anxiety & etc.. but as the owners, if we communicate that muzzling or restriction will only intensify that, it's their job to find others ways to make the clinic "stress free" for all of their patients. The vet techs are impatient and honestly seemed like they wanted to get our dog in & out without even the proper care or advice we were looking for. Then have the audacity to charge for extra services we didn't ask for. We will not be coming here again. Learn to respect your patients and understand that people look to you for help, and to not be judged or treated differently based off their biased stereotypes of our dog.

Dr. Kwon did an amazing job of reassuring me and she was back in my arms only two hours after I dropped her off. We got her on one of the puppy plans that covered the cost of her spay and shots. I think it was $60 a month for the first year? Well worth it considering the spay alone and anesthesia and shots would've been more out of pocket. The puppy plan also covered any appointments she needed. It's a good insurance policy. If they think your pet does have an emergency situation they usually will recommend going to a pet hospital nearby. They close around 5 usually so anything after that you'll have to check around for a hospital. On the app they have an online person you can talk to with questions. The app is also really nice to have it shows all vaccinations, appts., etc. After every appt they call you to make sure your pet is doing okay and will tell you to call with any questions. This is really comforting. Sonja, Dawn, and Dr. Raji are the best!! Always so friendly and willing to help in any way they can to care for your pet. The only thing that I recommend is calling for your appointments. They got a new booking system so the app isn't always accurate. Thank you BanfieldPetHospital for taking care of my Emmy.
