The next day I called and their answering service said email or text was the best way to reach the company. So I emailed and sent a message via their website to try to reschedule. No response. It's been 3 days and I haven't been able to get a response about rescheduling the appointment that I've already paid for but was canceled by the instructor because he was sick.
