Was told "Sorry, we're at 140% of capacity. We won't even start your car for two weeks." Was told that they're now making appointments for 6 weeks out. Got a pathetic, half-hearted "Sorry for wasting your time." As I walked out. I understand they may be over booked. I understand they may not know how to accommodate scheduled body work. They didn't realize this yesterday? Or a week ago? Wait for me to accommodate their drop off time, let me show up and then get told they have other, more important customers. They didn't realize the day before that they couldn't handle the work? I'd rather go to any other body shop that can respect my time than to ever step foot in a caliber collision EVER again!

I have noticed a really strong smell inside the car since I first got her and nothing made it go away. I had it looked at a couple of times to be sure it wasn't engine related and used air fresheners. Finally I decided to see if a good cleaning would get rid of it. Tracy was awesome and 100% honest the whole time. She tested the air quality inside to be sure I wasn't poisoning myself and then researched why the car might have that smell.
