She went above and beyond with providing me with the information I needed after waiting 5 weeks for a replacement glass window for my car. After 5 weeks Safelite could NOT provide me with an ETA to resolve this issue but Laura at Easy Auto Glass could order one and fix it within 2 days and Safelite would not allow it. After my long wait, the phone # she provided worked perfectly and within 10 minutes the order was transferred to her and my car was fixed it 2 days.
